KFC - Edinburgh Craigleith in Edinburgh

I'm surprised. 1.Cold chicken in Zinger box meal burger 2. Tables sticky.(disgusting) 3. Place atmosphere is depressing.

If its ot the sauces you forget......it's the almost three quid bottle of pepsi......you take my money but don't deliver my order.....either get someone round with my order completed or refund me.....very ..very disappointing service

The hygiene was terrible. Waste bin overflowing and tables covered with litter. I should have walked out but there is no other outlet nearby and I was tired and hungry after a long drive. The food took 20 minutes to arrive. The fries were soggy and lukewarm. The popcorn chicken ditto. I ate the chicken pieces which were dry but edible.I had hot chocolate which was watery.I ate in and in all that time no effort was made to clean any tablesI will never go back

It was the worst KFC experience. We eat in, don't know how they managed but whole order apart from mash potato was cold. Drink machines were broken. No napkin or fork or sauce given. Never again.

Ordered from Justeat. 2nd time they've completely forgot sauces & gravy. Also thought it was a great idea to stack cans of juice on top of hot food. Checking orders before they go out surely isn't that difficult?!

Absolute joke, the last time we ordered from here they got our order completely wrong. Phoned to give them a chance to rectify and they said there was nothing they could do. Stupidly we ordered again tonight through just eat, we were missing 3 items, and one of the items was wrong. So now have children fighting over chips and a sweetcorn, so yeah go ahead and order if you don't mind a surprise and paying for more than you get. Surely they should be checking what's in the bag matches the receipt that they have the cheek to attach to the bag. We can't even get just eat to sort it out and KFC won't answer their phone. Absolute robbery.

Ordered a couple burgers and fries, it took us ages to get the food even though there was barely anyone there. Food was quite cold. This seems a problem woth most KFCs these days.

Very poor service today. We had to clean the tables ourselves, waited 35 minute's for our order which arrived luke warm. The chicken didn't have the traditional KFC taste very dissatisfied

Disappointed with how slow service is at this place. High priority is certainly given to Deliveroo & just eat bookings and customers waiting have to basically wait (30 min). Even the drive through is closed and it's not at all good. Like the KFC app though & for that reason only have I given the three stars !!

This is the first time for a very long time that I visited a KFC and, frankly, I was not impressed with either the food or staff. The pieces of chicken were tasteless and somewhat watery. The famous coating simply had no taste at all. The fries were anaemic and again had no taste. However, to be fair, the tomato ketchup was really nice and the diet coke was fine as well. The staff did not inspire and looked like they would rather be somewhere else.Sorry KFC but I suspect it will some time before I return.
