Great pizza! Ordered 20 pizzas to be delivered asap - they were delivered super quick and were all delicious! Very much appreciated. Thank you!

Asked for Taglietelli carbonara which they checked as it’s not on their menus and said yes it wasn’t a problem, placed order and got spaghetti carbonara delivered - really annoying.😡😡

Terrible pizza. I would give 0 stars if possible. Very bland sauce and low quality ingredients. Bad effort. Matto’s is the best

You too can spend £17.45 on a pizza which has been fished out of a bin! And of course the shop is closed, so I’m stuck with this revolting pile of bread and salami and no refund.Never ever ever ever ever order a pizza from here.Update: I’ve heard back from La Favorita, and they insist that there is in fact tomato sauce in the pizza (couldn’t even be spotted with a magnifier app) and that the pizza was perfect when it reached me.The reviews for this place have hit rock bottom lately, and the company has absolutely no interest in their customers or providing barely edible food - avoid them at all costs!

Beyond disgusted and upset. Vegetarian for 5yrs and found a piece of chicken on my pizza last night. Cross contamination for a start. I would never order from them again if they can follow health/ allergens procedures.

Never again and it's a shame because I had it before and it was great but the last two times wee terrible. I gave them a second chance today but no more.Can't follow order requests and missed ingredients requested on both pizzas (5£ in the bin). Not just that but the ones that came were barely there at all!A 14in pizza with chicken should have more than 6 bits of chicken on it. God sake, the pizza had more slices than chicken pieces.Extremely disappointed. It used to be great but I can't recommend it to anyone now.

Staff were happy to do a second trip to replace bottle of juice after a mix up in the delivery order. As an extra touch, they included some ice cream for the inconvenience. It was very much appreciated.Thank you guys and gals.

We used to order from here quite often, used to be happy with the food despite the relatively high price and often unreliable delivery times. However, since our last order we won't be ordering again. We received frozen calamari that was quite obviously overcooked and completely inedible. More worryingly, there were pieces of plastic (!) inside our macaroni cheese croquettes. This is completely unacceptable and throws serious doubt on the integrity and food hygiene of this outlet.

Pizza was cold and wrong. Called hoping I'd at least get a warm pizza and the Manager wasn't interested "You are wrong that is not what you ordered" "We had over 200 orders tonight and yours is the only one that was wrong" among the quotes. Fact is it was cold and wrong. I'll go to the caprice next time.
