Great place. Quiet and out of the way, maybe a mile away from the beach, if you wanted to make a day of it. I think they only really do roast and veggie roast - I can't remember seeing a menu recently for other options.

Food was lovely! Probably best carvery in the area. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

The place was lovely and was greeted by a friendly hostess who quickly seated and served us. The carvery was fresh and the portion of meat served was good. The chef Lee was was very friendly when serving and gave great cuts. The veg and sides were lovely and plentiful and the Yorkshire puddings were great. The place is fairly cheap and the kids meals are about half the price of an adult but get almost as much meat. It has free parking which and is close to bus routes for easy access. The bar was also nice and the drinks are fairly priced including bottomless fizzy drinks. Would definitely recommend for a nice roast dinner.

Have had a Valentine's Day walk with my wife on the beach and we found this place when we were looking for bus to go home. Nice atmosphere, decently priced food and drink. Most importantly, food are great!Highly recommend.

The pie was delicious, didn't eat from the carvery. The potatoes looked amazing all golden, but couldn't eat them because they were hard. Same with the creamed potatoes. Won't be going back, was cheap but the drinks were expensive as per usual

What a gem of a place! I found Lauriston Farm after having a walk up from the beach and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The views from the establishment are great and the interior is very up to date and modern compared to other Toby's I've been to in the past.Food and drink prices are very reasonable and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area! Thanks for a lovely experience with a lovely meal :)

What a great experience. Friendly staff, great food and a wonderfully clean restaurant. Having had a below par performance at the local golf course I arrived at Lauriston Farm somewhat disheartened. My mood imedstarted to lift as the delicious smells of the Carvery drifted towards me as I opened the door to be greeted by a friendly staff member and directed to my table. The socially distanced layout was perfect and my group of 4 were able to relax and chat about our game of golf. The views over the firth of forth were spectacular and the food expertly carved byMoses was perfect. Our server Chloe was attentive and friendly and our pints were perfectly poured.Next time I am in Edinburgh, Lauriston will be getting another visit, probably not the Golf course though I may stick watching that on Sky.Well done everyone can't wait to come back 👏

Friendliest staff who go out of their way to make sure all guests in the party enjoy their dining experience. Helped my elderly mother with her plate so I could choose my food and eat with my family. Food is great quality and decor is beautiful. Can’t wait to come back again.

We were cold, tired and getting hungry when we spotted this lovely Toby carvery. We were greeted warmly by Valentina and shown to comfy seats overlooking the Firth of Forth. We chose the carvery and were given a large Yorkshire and plenty of meat. The veg were hot and there was a good selection to choose from. Gravy was steaming and sauces plentiful. The cranberry wasn't quite as good as I've had elsewhere, a little too light pink and rather too sweet. Staff, Ashley particularly, continued to be attentive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the cozy atmosphere.

The whole experience is set from the moment you walk into the entrance. It's like entering you cosy home only much bigger to share with others. From the comfy floors and seating to the right level of lighting to the well placed hanging pictures and furniture. The carvery exudes welcoming without being over the top. There's a sincere welcoming as your led to the seating area and a readiness to serve you pressure free. The menu offers enough options without overwhelming you in choice. Although my daughter seemed a little overwhelmed with the amount of choices with the alcohol but that's because there was so many she hadn't tried, yet. The children's menu likewise offered a selection which all kids would love. I had the carvery predictably but was surprised at the amount of different meats usually it's just 3 and I was given a slice of each. Food experience and service were excellent.
