Visited here in December and the older gentleman that served us was really nice. Liked the waffles but didn’t enjoy the cake very much. Interior is beautiful and looks great for the photos 😉

Super dreamy Instagram cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Attentive staff and a healthy menu. Fantastic choices of non-caffeine alternate drinks. Came on a weekday afternoon and was fortunate that I didn't need a reservation.

Nice breakfast/brunch spot on the Royal Mile. We didn’t have a booking however staff allocated us a table. Food and drinks were good and prices were decent too!

A cute little cafe in the heart of Edinburgh Old Town. This cafe serves breakfast/ lunch / brunch. Everything is pink and perfect for kids and adults alike. The dishes were well presented and our server Mo was exceptional. All the food came out quick. Personally I did the think the pancakes were a little dry and needed more sauce or something else, they are served with candyfloss on top which the kids loved. The unicorn and ruby latte were subtle in taste, but if you add coffee it may be better. Overall a really Instagramable cafe.

Great decor but average food. However, they offer some very interesting options that you likely won't find elsewhere like the "satay French toast". Seating and service can be very slow given that they get busy. Would definitely try to revisit and update the score after I try other food options as they are one of few halal food places that are offering something different.

They do have a great aesthetic and atmosphere. The menu also has good options for anyone wanting to try something new but overall it’s just a very hyped place. The food was very much average. I think it’s just an Instagramable place.I had the waffle with chicken and the chicken was very dry and the waffles were alright. The taro latte was mostly milk without much taste.

Really good brunch place, the chicken pitta was delicious, the aioli and chillis made it taste really unique. The waffles that others in the party had, looked amazing and tasted amazing too. Coffees were fab, nice to have something a bit different. We didn't have space for the incredible looking cakes, so they packed us one to takeaway. Staff were lovely, despite being really busy. would defo recommend.

The pancakes and the waffle was really nice, capuccino was small for the price though. If you like to take photos to your food you will enjoy it. Keep in mind that it's a bit pricey so you don't receive the surprise when you ask for the bill, worth it though 👌

Food was lovely and staff were friendly however we waited over 40mins to get our food, and it wasn't particularly busy. Noone warned us there would be such a long wait which made it frustrating. Won't be stopping in again.

Laila have put so much attention to detail into their brunch restaurant. The decor is stunning with so many different photo opportunities and everything is perfectly colour coordinated, even my free water came with a gorgeous pink straw! I absolutely loved my red/pink waffles!
