Service, food and drinks all excellent! Superb veggie / vegan choices and loads of twists on the classics (burgers and sides). Love this bar - one of Leith’s best.

Well what a great wee find this place is. My wife had been here before but tonight was my first visit. A great feel to the place, good drinks and excellent food. The real plus point though was the service. Good staff are hard to find in any part of the drinks industry, and Ambika is an absolute credit to this bar. We’ll definitely be back again.

The cow they used to make the burger would have been disappointed in the restaurant it ended up in.Two average-sized and average-tasting burgers without sides - £25.Then when the time for payment comes, they slip an additional 10% on. Tip immediately printed onto the bill without request, so put those pound coins back in your pocket.Poorly made cocktails for a tenner, but at least you get the social clout of eating in somewhere with black walls and a disused pinball machine. Two stars is exceedingly generous, but I’m a generous person.

They managed to offer us a table even tho they were fully booked for the night, which was appreciated. Quick service, burger nicely done. Spicy fries 👌

Good vibes here and dog friendly. Oh, and the food and service was good too. Chicken Nacho portion was very generous.

GREAT BURGERSCame here on a Thursday evening with a booking for three people. The staff were really friendly and were quick to take our orders and bring them out.I got the G-Funk burger. Really good! The pattie was cooked to perfection. The bun was good quality and the burger was the right size. I immensely enjoyed the BBQ sauce within which gave a great sweet flavour throughout. The picante fries were great as well, having a great crisp and hint of spice to it.Nice place to grab a burger, fries and a drink.

Absolutely banging burgers! Amazing atmosphere and staff are top notch. Great taps and cocktails. Also fabulous non alcoholic cocktails.

Good burger joint with some excellent beers. I had the Phoenix burger (with some extra hot sauce on the side) with picante fries and sriracha slaw which were very tasty. I would highly recommend the clwb tropica by tiny rebel if you're wanting a tropical IPA it's fun in a can good. We had to reserve a table and prebook our food which is understandable in the current climate although whilst there it did look like they were allowing walk-ins with all the track and trace carry on being followed.

I went there to eat not necessarily appreciate the "ambience". The food was over-priced.-The "Future" burger was rather pathetic. The patties were dry and there wasn't much flavor.- The fries were alright-The nachos were terrible. There is barely any cheese, the guacamole and sour cream was so less that we barely got done with less than 1/2 of the nachos before asking for more sides which they charged £1 for, each. Definitely don't waste your money ordering it!- The beers were goodThe waitress taking our order was nice but once she took it and left she never came back,so we had to keep getting up and going to the bar and asking for anything we needed including more drinks and food which was annoying.-The thing that put me off was the waitress / bar tender delivering the drinks wasn't too aware about the drink itself. When we asked her about the alcohol content she didn't know which was stronger. I mean,if you are in charge of drinks you should know something about them.
