We stepped in here reviewing the Google feedback and the 4.1 rating was convincing for us. Other than location and staff (who are just doing their jobs), food is not up to the mark. Pizza tasted good initially and as it lost heat, it got chewy. Lasagna was just a pile of cheese served on a hot plate. The bill provided had a service charge on it (not indicated on the menu or anywhere before you are seated) that I would not have wanted to pay based on the quality of the food.I would not recommend this place for Italian food. The only good thing was the hot chocolate.

The two stars shall go to the waiters and to the location of the restaurant other than that the food has nothing to do with Italian cuisine.

Fantastic authentic Italian pizza, great location.

Absolutely fine experience. Very average restaurant. Came in here for lunch, they had a diverse menu & good options for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. Many other similar eateries in the area, and would probably try a different place next time. Nothing too amazing here, but no complaints at all.Recommend for a quick bite to eat if in a rush. Small location, friendly staff.

Upon visiting this cafe by myself today I found it to be a quiet & great little cafe with a perfect setting and atmosphere! Food was lovely!FAO: The management team, The young blonde waitress who you had serving earlier today was so bubbly, kind and seemed really happy to be there! Upon arrival she was very welcoming, friendly & attentive not only to myself but to all the customers in the cafe at the time, she is a real credit to your team & we need more caring individuals like this in our world! Fantastic experience all round! :)

We've had a pizza, vegetarian lasagna, and a salad there, so far. Everything has been delicious. We done all of this as take away. The pizza crust is fantastic. The vegetarian lasagna is the best I've ever had. The salad was very generous in size, included lots of vegetables with a variety of lettuce and a very nice balsamic vinegar dressing.Highly recommend.

I went with my husband and we had cappuccino and a Latte. Also, ordered a croissant and pain au Chocolat. Everything tasted great. This place is located in the Grass market with outside/inside seating.

Stumbled onto this place after a long day wandering round Edinburgh and trying to find somewhere that was still serving food. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was incredible! What a treasure trove to stumble onto by luck. I had the Pasta Al Forno which was amazing! Just gutted we’re leaving early tomorrow so I can’t go back for more. I strongly recommend this place. It’s predominantly a pizzeria but they do have alternatives. From what I saw being brought out it all looked great.

Popped in with my son, really friendly and helpful staff, love the ambience. We only had something small, Alfie had Garlic Bread and said it was lovely. I had the Olives and they were the best Olives I have had in a long time. Fresh, delicious and not swimming in Olive Oil, the cappuccino tasted good to.

Great food and decent prices! Located just in town centre, easy to find and enjoy! We’ve tried spinach and burrata lasagna and meat fest pizza. Friendly staff as well.
