Mania in Edinburgh

Won't be going back. £15 for a pizza with almost no ingredients on it. I was more hungry after eating it than I was before I ordered. Really lazy and poor effort

The best pizza takeaway in Edinburgh and the best customer service a person can ask for, if you want a pizza this is the place to go with different choices of toppings and bases giving you a lovely experience and tantalising your taste buds😉

Waited for more than 2 hours for the food still not arrived. Terrible service the hotel is EH2 & the restaurant is EH3 and they don’t know where. First time in Edinburgh thought order is easier not again.

Can't recommend ordering here.Estimated delivery time on a saturday evening set as 35min. We knew to begin with this wasn't going to happen. We expected 45 - 60min. Waited just under 1hr 30min for two wraps which were then delivered cold (distance by bike: 7min!) and only after the restaurant was called up. On top of that we discovered in both wraps chicken meat which was not supposed to be in the dish - especially not in a vegetarian one! What a nightmare.I appreciate restaurants getting busy on certain days/times. But it's their own fault they get bad reviews if they communicate unrealistic delivery times. If running a delivery service simultaniously to a restaurant service puts you in such a stressful position, cut the delivery out. Seriously.We got late and wrong delivery services before. Mistakes happen. But this was extraordinarily bad. We will never order here again. The food was not worth it either. What a shame.

If it were possible I'd give zero stars ordered 2 wraps and TWO HOURS later its still "in the kitchen" busy or not thats terrible wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy nevermind to any friends or family could drive to Newcastle and have 30 minutes to spare yet its "impossible" to be at my house inside 2 hours. **edit has now been a week since and still waiting on a refund, "boss will call you back" time after time called every bloody day wheres the boss like? Hiding in the kitchen scared to release a refund??? Ridiculous service and pathetic owners

New Review: 1 stargave an ETA of an hour but didn't arrive for an hour and a half, called them after an hour and 20 min and they delivered it very hot 15 min later so sounds like they forgot the order and very quickly got it done after calling them.. ridiculous amount of time to wait for food.App still doesn't have tracking and seems very simple 1+ year on. For drinks they have a selection of 1L or 1.5L but don't actually deliver what you order, they gave 1L and 330ml.Old review: 5 starEverything tasted amazing, got the Family meal deal (comes with 2 Pizzas, a box of chicken, and 3 bags of fries). One of the best Pizzas I've had. They got lost so food was slightly cold but still good enough without reheating.App was slightly confusing, you can't log in and get receipt via email which I kinda expected.Amazing food though, will definitely buy again :D

Until now, I didn't know pizza could be bad. How do you make a BBQ chicken pizza dry? It's almost impressive. But hey, the order was early and every item was correct. So could've been worse.
