We had a long day travelling, from Somerset to Edinburgh airport, and we were hungry! Mac's was the least choice to eat but other places we wanted to go, were shut. Hubby didn't enjoy his burger, and chips weren't that hot! Mine was ok. I had a veggie burger and chips. The toilet was disgusting, puddles on the floor and it smelled of wee! It wasn't from the tap, as it's not leaking? I can only assume "someone" who was drunk and missed the toilet bowl, or "someone" just couldn't be bothered to pee in the bowl! There were two security guards inside, and they say it's trouble there? That explains it all 🤨?

Possibly one of the most profitable McDonalds per square foot in the UK? It was really busy when we called in for post-drinks food on a Saturday, and the TVs telling you which orders were being prepared/ready were broken, but the staff absolutely smashed out the food. Good vibes from all the fellow customers in there too.

Food fine (if you disregard the 'not so healthy' aspect of it). Dining room was clean and tidy and when I was there during an evening, there was a security guard on hand in the dining room - which was good to see! Phone Air-charge pads on the tables were all switched off (apparently something to do with COVID - so don't bother trying to use them. I did suggest to a manager that they should put out of service labels on them all to prevent people going around to find another table with a working charger - customers don't like wasting their time doing this.It would have been 5 stars out of 5 if the staff kept their eyes on the counter area when its quiet so that they could immediately come up and serve you. I don't expect to be waiting there for between 30 s and a minute with a staff-member with her back to me restocking cupboards behind the counter, until a manager eventually spotted me and came over to serve. The onus should always be on McDonalds staff to be attentive and it should never be expected that the customer should have to draw the attention of otherwise busy staff.

For a small order/collection area you should really try to set up a better system. It was a free for all and nobody seemed to know if they were waiting behind people who are still to order or waiting to ask a question. You missed a bottle of water off my order and when I went back to ask for it there were three staff speaking to one customer at the tills. I had to ask someone behind the counter who was sorting another order. The order screen I used had no receipt printer and the section it gets held in was wide open. Also it felt dirty. I get its a busy place and its got many floors to maintain, but it was grimey and greasy. We had to clean the table ourselves before we used it. Just not a great experience in my opinion. Food was what you'd expect.

It's a fast food, so I won't rate it. But the place is far from being clean. And recycling is s joke, it's pure greenwashing. I separated my paper from plastic and was heading to the appropriate bins, when staff member took my tray and placed everything in general waste bin. Such a disappointing view. Would be great to see actual change in their recycling policy.

Just fine. They should place the divider between the tables in a proper way as people couldn't move properly with that in-between. Moreover, the washrooms and toilets are on the second floor, not a great arrangement. Food was tasty as usual.

Disgusting service!Today early morning about 7 ish went in for a sausage egg muffin bag of carrots and a pineapple slice. Out of the 4 memebers of staff, only one with a foreign accent was working the others were taking the piss. I was waiting together with 3 others customers for a simple order. Got served the bacon instead of sausage, which I found out when I got in, the bag of carrots was about to pop, smelled of spoilled, food was cold, and the skinny lad that gave me the food mumbled something :#%$&@$$%##pineapple, I ve asked him to repeat 2 times before understanding that there was no pineapple available. Worst thing was 2 seconds later he was laughing with his colleagues about my lack to understand his twisted un english like comunication . It s ashame McDonal's allows sutch rude, sarcastic and arogant person to be part of their staff, which in my perspective ,up untill now have held the 1st place in customer service for fast food. Laughing at customers inaread of doing their job properly. So much much for my breakfast -that ended in the bin.

My usual order: two burger meals with fries and a drink, nothing else. Usual experience according to just eat: one hour to make them, one hour for the delivery driver to bring them, food is cold and unpleasant, just eat it's impossible to navigate without app, unable to complain. Today's issue: orders at 12 something, 14:40 delivery driver cancel my order (again, can't complain with them this way), actually went and saw him where the app says he was... Fighting with the police, FFS I just want my effing food, for once, in a timely manner. Fast food my behind...

Rude security man on the door, who whilst we were waiting for our food(which took 25minutes) asked for food - got it and then threw his rubbish from it straight on the floor almost landing at my feet. Having waited 25minutes we asked about where our food was, the lady serving said she couldn't even see our mobile order we had made, but we showed our online order receipt and the lady serving was very helpful, and quickly got our takeaway order... once back at our hotel(2 minute walk away) our food was stone cold, but being a diabetic had no choice but yo have it.

Not a great experience in this McDonald's. Staff, wasn't really good with our order - asked for two bags to split the two orders made (in which it had been paid for) and breakfast sandwich was cold, got the wrong hot drink and then was not allowed use the toilet with my receipt in which staff took from receiving the meal.Firstly, I don't understand the charge for bags, when buying a burger/meal that is covered by the purchase.Plastic is charged because of the environment cost and now charging for paper bags? Why?
