Amazing food, such a great experience. For students you wouldn't believe that high standards of food that comes out. Been here multiple times over the year

Superb. The menu was really thoughtful and read well. The whole menu was so well balanced as were the flavours. The sauces were exemplary. Nice helpful students / staff who obviously love their vocation. Greatcto be able to feed back to the kitchen staff. Def going back again.

When you consider what they are doing here, it is quite possibly one of the best restaurants in Edinburgh. Never expensive, always interesting and we're helping train the professionals of tomorrow. Just wish you didn't have to book and that it was open every night.

Highly recommended. Excellent value for money, varied and interesting menu, nice surroundings and lovely staff.
