Morrisons Cafe in Edinburgh

Under staffed and food wasn't great at all, chips and cheese toasty were poor. Tomato soup was not bad. Out of stock of lots of items. Wouldn't come back here again

Never any cutlery milk sugar ect ,coffee machine only americano because it need filling up with milk ,who's in charge herewhoever it is is overpaid ,a good manager would make a big difference it's a busy place

We had a great meal at Morrrisons cafe. The menu was trimmed down due to covid. The machine to order at the entrance was out of order and we ordered the food via the friendly lady at the checkout.You can get a child meal free with one paying adult.

Very pleasant staff were nice they were rushed off there feet due to 50% off and ran out of stuff and customers got very Angry dont blame them we are all in this together

Rude staff.Stood with 2 screaming kids under 3 in a trolley and some daft woman behind the till shouted at me twice that I wasn't allowed trolleys in the cafe. Well aware of this but I had 2 hungry kids and wasn't aware I had 6 hands. Needless to say I left and purchased food elsewhere. Customer service is shockingly poor.

Popped in here while taking a break from Christmas shopping. Prices are very reasonable , the cafe has a new touch screen where you can order your food from and pay which was straightforward to use. You can also order the old fashioned way as not everyone is into new ways. Good choices on the menu, great prices (kids eat free after 3pm with every adult meal) and for a cafe the food is pretty good.

Good service... Having to get used to a new normal... Only one person to go to order and they bring everything to you. You leave everything on the table and they disinfect... Fab 😊

Staff friendly but run off their feet when busy. Food cooked to order so can take some time. Good when it arrived.

It's just okay, its got no windows, very white, very average. The cuppa was okay but I wouldn't enjoy a meal in this environment.

Very nice cafe, new decor and layout gives more space. Good food at reasonable prices, always freshly made.
