Mussel and Steak Bar in Edinburgh

Very nice place. The mussels are just perfect, though some croutons would be highly appreciated. It is better to book a table in advance. Huge dessert nice for two.

My partner and I came for a valentine's dinner and it was simply sublime. I had the surf and turf and was astonished by the portion size, almost half a kilo of beautiful fresh mussels in a gorgeous white wine, cream and shallot sauce, two huge and delicious crevettes and a phenomenal 8oz ribeye that was cooked to perfection. My partner had a kilo of mussels and she was delighted with her meal too!To start, we had queen scallops to share and these were beautifully presented and delicious. We were also given a complimentary oyster each which was really appreciated.Our servers were attentive and lovely and we both thought the decor and atmosphere was spot on.All in all, one of our favourite meals we've ever had. Thank you!

Pearl in the heart of Edinburgh. Incredibly delicious food, cozy atmosphere and wonderful staff. I highly recommend, the restaurant is only for connoisseurs of refined taste.

Very nice friendly staff, and meals were lovely as well. Although the smoked haddock Chowder was a tad bit salty, in my opinion.The queen scallops, mussels, and crevettes were all very tasty.

Amazing meal, the quality of the seafood and steaks was perfect, it was the best meal we had all week. Will come back to Edinburgh just to come here again!

Perfect. Oysters. Mussels. Steak. Pasta. Everything was perfect. There are a surprising amount of tables available, but has a small diner feel. Super friendly staff and very helpful and accommodating. Mussel and Steak Surf and Turf with whiskey bacon sauce was amazing. Seafood linguine was good, surprisingly large portion. Queens scallops were SO GOOD. YOU MUST ORDER THEM.

Lunch menu is good deal. They gave taste oysters, it was really nice and fresh. I ordered 6 more oysters. Fillet steak is also good. Mussels with white source is also good.

Wow, absolutely amazing. So glad we booked in advance to reserve a table as it was very busy. Food amazing, staff welcoming and friendly. Ordered seafood platter and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely go back there the next time we are in Edinburgh.
