Nando's in Edinburgh

Masks required is not legal. A sign on the door stated this. No law in Scotland requires the wearing of masks. Lovely friendly staff members and great food. Quick service and a lovely location across the road from Greyfiers Bobby’s statue.

Beautiful food had a sharing platter and it was delicious!!!! Friendly service and prompt with food which was served nice and hot!! Will definitely return if in Edingburgh again.

Not great tbh. Staff very much can't be bothered. Long wait on food and dismissed when I asked on an update. Food wasn't great, especially after such a long wait. When the server asked how our food was they didn't wait for a response and even with the very clear discomfort on my partner's face they just walked away. I get that working in nandos on a Sunday evening isn't a dream job for many people but a wee bit of customer service wouldn't hurt guys.

Overall a good visit, it was clean including the toilets and my food was great. Service was also very good, with my wife’s meal the chicken was clearly not so fresh (I ordered BBQ garlic and she ordered medium) and hers looked like it was sat there for a little too long while mine was great. All our sides were fresh. Staff attentive throughout.

4 stars - it's okay, but I don't want to complain too much and only give 3 stars. The 🍟 were over-salted, the 🐔 🦋 was tiny for £8, the peas were passable. What do you expect from a quick service restaurant- okay food, nothing spectacular. Staff were attentive and courteous so that was a plus.

Fantastic food, quick service and lovely staff. I hate most chain restaurants but nandos is always good. Not too busy and so.e new items on the menu!

Always great food at Nando's, they've struck on an unbeatable formula for spicy chicken. This particular Nando's gave me the most generous helping of Olives I've had from any of their restaurants. Service was good and staff very friendly.

Good food with nice ambience and great staffs.. easy to access.. it's just opposite to National Musieum

I had a very good time at this Nando's today. Food was excellent, salad was fresh and my dessert delicious! I must say I've been much impressed by Lucy's exceptional customer service skills. She is a real credit to the team.

Actually shared food for the first time at Nandos and it was a great option to pick from.Their sharing platters have plenty of choice to endure and the food is easy enough to partition between your party so there are no complaints that someone got more chicken than the other.The staff were very helpful too bringing spare plates to put the food on.Great idea that we have not tried before and works out cheaper than paying for the other options.
