Nandos - Fountain Park in Edinburgh

I never knew it was even possible for Nando’s chicken to be that dry. I’ve eaten Nando’s many times in South Africa where I’m from and it was always moist and tasty. I knew how it was made as I am an ex employee. I was excited to try Nando’s in a different country, omg I will never buy such cold & dry meat WITH NO SAUCE! Shocking order I received. I don’t think il ever eat Nando’s again. A super market ready chicken tastes way way better. The chicken was very cold I’m convinced it was made hours before delivery.

A very clean restaurant, staff were friendly, food came quickly and was delicious. I would go back again. Highly recommended.

If you have a family/health crisis and no way of getting through to a family member except through their place of work don't expect Nando's to help. They will regard you contacting them as 'technical harassment'.

We stopped off for some lunch and it was OK. Staff friendly.. food just OK.Hadn't been before and we're disappointed to discover we could have had free parking if we had realised and got Nandos to "ok" our parking ticket. They didn't say and we didn't see the sign until we were back down in the car park paying. Too long a walk to go back up with the pram. Shame. If they had just asked.

Food was nice, standard Nandos, good service and the food and drinks came out really quickly. We didn't have to wait to be seated (although it was 6pm on a Friday so pretty early). A good place to eat before or after the cinema. Especially as it has the most veggie options of any of the other food places there (Five Guys and Burger King).

Very friendly, smiling staff. Fast service and a clean environment. We had to wait for our table but we were notified when it was available and we were seated as soon as we returned. Food was lovely and well presented.

Was just looking for a quick lunch and this was perfect, tried there new BBQ garlic spice and it was so tasty. They dealt with my gluten free requirements no issue. Only thing. I would say is would be better if they had some gluten free buns as well.

I would like the chicken a bit crisper. I highly recommend the garlic BBQ heat lvl.

We were a group of 4 and had to wait a round 10 minutes for a table. I don’t feel this was too bad as it was a busy Saturday in Manchester.We were seated down stairs which was a bit of a relief as it seemed a little less hectic. We t a great table in the middle of the room and had plenty of space.We queued, we ordered, we got our food, as always with Nando’s it was straight forward and pleasant. We were not rushed to vacate our table and were able to sit and chat. The plates were cleared in good time and we were offered desserts and coffees.All in all a good experience.
