One star review because I ordered on Just Eat and after waiting for over an hour they hadn't even begun to make my order because they were too busy. No communication, will take your money but will not deliver food within reasonable timescales, unfortunately.

Great food, especially loved the hot & spicy squid and crispy beef. Ordered delivery in advance for 19:35 and it arrived dead on 19:35, impressed! Will use again.

Got an order from here to be served half Cooked chips. The chicken skewers were disgusting couldn't plate up a meal as the smell of and texture of the chicken was vile. will not order from here again very disappointed

Sorry for the delay in getting back with my review still getting over the shock. I placed a order on Saturday £27. In the order where two chicken and sweet corn soups. 40 minutes later it came, after opening the bag one of the soups had burst open allover the rest of my order ( photo evidence ). Also the time I waited it was cold to the touch. Very disappointed.

Have used NFC for years - overall excellent food and very friendly staff. Some of the reviews here are very unjust. Recommend the hot chicken wings starter and the Singapore chow mein.

What a shame they use "Just Eat". Waited an hour and a half on what should have been 45 mins for delivery. Called and was told the manager would deliver food to us. 10 mins later the food arrived. Fair play to shop for trying to sort things out. Food was lovely and we will order again fron this place. Be warned though. Contact the shop directly and stay clear of "Just Eat"

Just recently moved to the area and used this Chinese a couple of times. The only problem is I live too close because so far everything we've tried has been lovely. Definitely our new regular

BUGS IN FOOD!! VERY UNCLEAN! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! The greaseball that cooks your food doesn’t even wear any PPE to prevent hair falling in food. As when this happened originally I rang up annoyed but more so to make the takeaway aware and I didn’t request a refund as mistakes happen and believed in a 2nd chance for them. However got the usual order last night of chicken chow mein and salt and pepper chips however this time there was a dead fly in container. I took pictures of it just Incase the owner tried to deny it. When I phoned up anyway he tried to use excuses and justify it by saying “it can be the weather as it’s colder” lol you can’t justify contaminating food with flies on weather. They left your premises with a dead fly in the food sealed in that contained. Funnily he said he can replace it but wouldn’t refund the cost of the chips (because who doesn’t want to eat a 3rd time from the place and had a stinking attitude to taking ownership and and even admitting a fault in the first place when I asked for refund instead of replacing the chips with something else in them the 3rd time

Food was pretty minging. Beef was drier than a nun's clunge. Super expensive for what you get. Got a bout of food poisoning too. And they delete bad reviews on other platforms. Go elsewhere. 0 stars if I could.

1st Time order & I ordered Beef & Black Bean with mushrooms instead of Green peppers. So I received 3/4 of a single small mushroom & only a 1/4 of beef the rest was a over crunchy veg & No flavour at all & the chips where very greasy & the chicken curry overly salty Very disappointed ☹️ waste of £ sorry to say won’t be ordering here again
