Papa John's in Edinburgh

Ordered food and after 40 minutes called the restaurant to get an update. Was told the driver was 10 minutes away consistently and after calling in several times the restaurant stopped answering the phone. 2 hours later, still hadn't received the order, was told they had no way to contact the driver, and couldn't resend our order or offer a refund.Shocking service!

Sad to say I will not be back. Got a delivery yesterday. Waited more than an hour (The App showed the pizza delivered in 35 minutes). What I got was a cold pizza that lacked any flavour. It felt like they did not put any pizza sauce on it! Anyway a really bad effort. I will revert my business back to Dominos who are always consistent not only with the pizza but have an app that actually works and is genuinely informative.

Order placed at 9.21pm , midnight and not delivered yet. Poor service, refund required and apology.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a £60 order on the app and didn’t hear anything for over an hour so decided to give the branch a call, they then told me that my order did not exist and they would not deliver my food. They then spoke to IT and confirmed that there was a problem with the website but I would still not get my food or money. They told me to do the order again and spend another £60!I am absolutely furious and WILL be putting in a formal complaint. This is totally unacceptable!!

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. Very quick preparation and deliver. Delivery person was also great. Quality of pizza was really disappointing. Tasted like a cheap budget supermarket pizza but with a premium price tag.

Really happy with the quality of cooked food, and I love the Papa John's Dough. But it's also great for Vegan options and the staff in Leith are legends. So upbeat...even during the covid apocalypse. Gods of Pizza!

Ordered at 10.35, says it was delivered at 11.03 but nothing came. Had tried to call multiple times and no answer. Eventually came after the restaurant closed and this was quite stressful.

Last time we ordered, we asked for a few Garlic and herb sauces. Instead we were given several additional tubs of the garlic butter. It would be easy in these circumstances to assume somebody at this establishment hated me (that garlic butter is absolute filth, let's not lie to ourselves).Today, I phoned up to ask that we not receive any garlic butter (again, because I do not hate myself or my partner) and were advised that we would very kindly be treated to having all of our garlic butter replaced with the palatable garlic and herb sauce, and this is precisely what we received.Mistakes happen, I accept this, but the willingness of the employee I spoke to to help us will stay with me.My only regret is that I didn't ask his name. He is a true hero amongst us.Edit: It was Nasir, the shift manager that I spoke to. According to Wikipedia, Nasir means "helper", or "one who gives victory" and I could not think of a more apt name for such an exceptional human.He is truly a slice above the rest.

Brilliant tasty pizzas and great how they remember you when you telephone in your order to be picked up.
