There's the taste of Italia and then there's the true taste. When you taste the food, you immediately sense the quality, homeliness and love for the craft.I can't recommend this place enough for staff, service, taste and atmosphere. And I came back after two days.

Pasta restaurant. Fantastic pasta, cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Staff very attentive and friendly. Suitable for children, with kids menu available. Typical city centre prices. Would recommend.

The staff was lovely, I enjoyed talking with the waiter from Bari. He's a lovely guy but the food was quite bad. I had some pasta with seafood and it was really bad, poor quality. The squid tasted like plastic and the pasta was overcooked. It's a shame. We wouldn't definitely return to this place.

Tasty food and lovely staff:)The risotto was amazing! And everything with prawns are definitely worth trying they’re all good.Tiramisu a bit too sweet for me but that’s just personal:) it tastes just like those I had in Italy!

Great food, reasonably priced wine, friendly staff. The interior decor isn't great (and we were sat by a backlit menu that was shining really harshly in my eyes for the entire meal) but the food more than makes it worth it for date night anyway. Only issue other than the decor was that our mains came out literally 30 seconds after our starters were cleared – it would have been nice to have a bit of a break in between courses. We'll be back though, great experience!

I am Italian, the food is delicious, real Italian and good quality. Very good wine. Prices are reasonable, honestly I expected it would be more expensive. Very good service as well, Gianvito is so nice and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Very well placed restaurant, right the heart of the city. The staff were very friendly and the food super, super good!I would suggest to inform in advance that we will pay tip… they were so nice that I would have done it, but I prefer to have option to choose.Better to book the day before as we booked an hour before and they didn’t receive our booking. As a result, we could only stay 40 minutes in the restaurant.I completely recommend!

Simply fantastic. The food was delicious; we went there with the kids and they absolutely loved it (and trust me they are very picky with food), the customer service was top notch, Gianvitto was a superb host and made sure we enjoyed our time there, definitely recommend it. Grazie mille 👏🏼👏🏼

Don’t be fooled! This restaurant was so lovely. Food was delicious. Star of the show was our server who could not have been more lovely!

The atmosphere, food and staff were all excellent. Last night I joined a friend for her birthday meal at her favourite local Italian restaurant, Piccolino. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how delicious the seafood smelled and the stunning plate presentation on customers tables, I knew that's what I had to order and will do again. I'm looking forward to dining here again soon!
