Didn't go there for food but to help with the charity work they were doing to help the plight of Ukraine, but the smells coming from the kitchen mmmmm. Will definitely be going in for food next time in passing. The staff were brilliant and very polite, can't praise them enough. Steven from Castle Removals

Lovely little cafe, great availability of gluten free and dairy free options. My pup was absolutely spoiled when we came in and they gave her a sausage 😊

Smoothie was good, that's all I can say. Food was so gross. Not sure if it was a bad day for them cos they have good reviews but the Mac n cheese was sickening, chicken+bacon sandwich was bland, cold and unappetising.

This is the best local restaurant I know. They do a wide range of food but I personally love their brunch and breakfast items and great coffee. The service is always amazing and they love dogs- even give thema sausage cut up and water on arrival. They also do takeaway which we also love and great value. Highly recommend!! We have been going here for years!

Food was fairly good and there was a nice set of options and variety to choose from. However the service was sadly very poor. Never got asked if the food was okay or if we needed anything else. The people working sat on their phones and my table and I were forced to walk up to them whenever we needed anything.

Ridiculous prices, £12:50 for a Scottish breakfast, £4:50 for a bacon roll, roughly £3:20 for a small mug of coffee. There are far better coffee shops at half the price, don't waste your money,I could go on about the service, like getting your tea/coffee at least 10 mins before your food ??These wee independent coffee shops are now taken advantage of people who don't want to give to Costa and other big players and they know it, prices keep creeping up, I'm done.

Ordered the chicken nachos, hallumi fires and a cappuccino. It didn't seem that busy, there were a few tables taken - but the food took about 45-50 mins to arrive. This wasn't an issue though, as I was catching up with a few friends so time went quite quick.I thought the nachos were dry not very nice, ended up leaving quite a lot of them. Didn't see much salsa or guacamole. I can't remember there being any sour cream.Cappuccino and hallumi fries were nice. Probably wouldn't go back.

Found this place through Instagram and couldn’t have been more delighted when we finally visited! The food was delicious and staff were really friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Piecebox does the best scrambled eggs I've ever had - absolutely perfect. I live locally and go here fairly regularly: it's a lovely place with a varied menu (tons of options to suit meat eaters, veggies, vegans and those with intolerances to gluten and dairy), brilliant staff and a cheerful atmosphere. You won't find somewhere else nearby as good as this for lunch.

Popped in for a brunch, around 11.30am..By the time we ordered drinks, the restaurant filled up very quickly.Mostly locals, although various other accents from tourists could be heard. The menu was very good and catered for vegetarian and vegan, as well as steak and chicken favorites.Good selection of smoothies and milkshakes too.The staff were very helpful on food choices. We left with scrumptious home bakes.Worth another visit..spoiled for choice with the menu.
