Excellent food, lovely ambience close to the city centre & friendly staff. Oh yes good cocktails too! Highly recommended.

Came in from out of town and friends booked us here for brunch. Had quite possibly the best breakfast we've had in recent memory. It was delicious!

Arrived for special birthday lunch having looked at menu prior to booking. On arrival only given brunch menu not lunch menu. When asked staff were initially reluctant to produce lunch menu. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful but food was excellent.

I love avocado on toast!

Happy with food (quality/cuisine) and variety of the menu, but not so happy with the service. The interior could also do with a freshen up.

Popped in for a cup of tea or two. 3pm Sunday afternoon Staff were lovely. Amy was our friendly waitress. Would recommend

Not the best dinning experience. The staff are ok, but it felt like a struggle to get their attention, both to get the bill and to get the card machine for it. It felt like we were inconvincing them, which isn't very enjoyable. The food was tasty but smaller portions than I'd like and felt a little stingy. When they asked if I wanted toppings, which all cost extra, for my halloumi burger, I assumed them meant special stuff on top of the typically tomato and lettuce. They meant literally anything as my burger came as just halloumi and sauce in a bun. Lastly, the decor was really dated, not the worst thing a restaurant but did made me unsure about staying initially, I wish I had followed my intuition. There are a lot of other places around probably worth visiting.

Absolutely amazing food. Ordered the lamb shoulder and the flavor was out of this world. So good. Cheesecake was also very smooth and light

Met up with family for brunch/lunch. Menu was nice with fair amount of choice. All dishes we ordered were tasty, very fresh and generous portions. Service was not the fastest which was fine for us having a leisurely catch up but maybe not the best choice if you're short of time. Average cost was £25 per head including service charge for 4 adults and 2 kids.

The service was a bit slow here. We ordered a few drinks to have before the actual meal, but the drinks did not arrive for 30 mins. So we basically sat there till the 40th minute when the food arrived. Had to cancel the prosecco because it was meant to be had before the meal. It was still included in the bill and I had to request they take it off.Though service was slow, the food was good.
