Pizza Hut in Edinburgh

Not been in a pizza hut for ages. Dropped in here for a late lunch. Around 1415 ! Did the buffet. Plenty pizza to be had and in 6 variations. 2 pastas and the salad bar. Food was hot. Salad bar was a little boring and tired. Staff were helpful and chatty. Place was quiet and everybody was following Scottish covid guidelines.

The restaurant was quiet when we walked in and sat down only to find that when you sat down on the pvc seats you would'nt be getting up in a rush as you were stuck to them as if they had'nt been cleaned in a while 😏 after only a few seconds after finishing our pizza one of the staff came over and took the plates etc and asked us if we wanted the bill which felt as if we were being asked to leave.I found this very unprofessional.

The manager of the restaurant who was working on Sunday the 6th feb 2022 was excellent, couldn’t do enough for us, he was very welcoming and professional, accommodated 4 of us and 2 high chairs helped us in with a double buggy, after having a rude experience at the door at bella Italian this made up for it! He told us when the dress food came out for the buffet also, Thankyou very much, Think his name was Lewis

Free vegan pizza, but only for per group, not per person(which is not clarified).The gluten-free pizza is a bit harden, I will not recommend that. But the flavours are good as always!Also the salad bar is so big with all kinds of vegetables and snacks you could imagine! I love the salad bar. My friend also recommend the white spaghetti, she loves it. Also, the cookie and cream dough is sooooo good, a bit sweet, but awesome!

Not too busy, and very quick & friendly service within a few minutes of ordering & paying via the QR code in the table.Not my favourite pizza chain (I'm spoiled by having the small local Pizza Geeks near me), but passable if your student daughter & her friend are hungry, need food quickly and Pizza Express is full!

Late night pizza, was perfect and just what we needed . Less a Starr as we were not so sure about the ordering system, where we could only order with the app, was awkward but we muddled through, and the pizzas that came were fantastic. Many thanks.

I was there with my little son a few days ago and the pizzas .... Pizza hut, nothing special, but he came out very happy. There were too few workers for the level of customers that were entering, the problem was that we had to wait for a pizza for children and one for an adult 30 minutes or more. Getting to have to claim them because they were serving the food to customers who had come after us even after ordering the pizzas. I don't think we'll go again. At least not to this pizza hut.

It’s really so sad. PizzaHut used to be a great place to go with friends and have a really tasty food - it was years ago, today it’s nothing more than disappointing adventure of floppy and greasy pizza, tasteless garlic bread and the salad nightmare bar. You might think that unlimited fizzy drink will save your sorrow time in here. No, I mean maybe.. as far as you enjoy flat Pepsi that taste and look like a tea? or maybe Tango might be a suit for you if you have allergy for everything except tap water? Standards are low, prices are high, I won’t be coming here never again.

I understand limited staff, new staff and struggling staff but when we had an issue with part of our order not arriving the manager lied to us twice before addressing the issue. When questioned about the order he said 'I have just seen it come out the oven', when questioned again 'it should be on its way out now' it wasn't until 20 minutes later he finally admitted that no order had gone through. We would have much preferred to have been told the truth from the start so the issue could have been resolved straight away and half of our table of 4 wouldn't have been waiting over 40 minutes.

Good pizzas as always and service was really good too. Got the desserts on the house as the manager made a mistake by charging us for the wrong order , he sorted it out right away and we had to wait for 10 mins. In return he got the desserts for us for free. Warm cookie dough was very very good .
