Chicken chowmein dry with minimum chicken, sweet n sour sauce vinegary, curry nice however the special fried rice had a weird sauce and fried egg on the top..crispy beef didnt come with the sauce and didnt look appetising...sadly wouldnt order from here again

Just ordered two meals today (Monday 29th Mar) not as good as usual. I think it was pak chow that was in the meal, took up about a quarter of one dish and a little less on the other. Prawns were ok on one meal, but the chicken was scarce on the other meal.Very very disappointing.On this occasion not to be recommended.

Used to by my go to place, until I got given the worst crispy shredded beef I've ever had. Not crispy, questionable beef and the grease was unreal. Completely unedible.

I enjoy the food there and friendly staff ..always busy and its the only Chinese takeaway we use now. Portion size is good and can recommend the crispy duck.

This is actually shocking, me and my partner thought since we had been up all night with work we weren't going to cook we where going to order in a chinese. We ordered o just eat and then got a phone call saying it is time and a half for delivery drivers( nothing stated this on the just eat) that I would have to pay the delivery driver more when he got to the door as I paid by card on just eat. Then the woman made out that I didn't have enough money as she said if you cant afford it I can cancel your order. The food arrived and only after the delivery driver left I realised he gave us the wrong juice. We phoned back up and told the guy that we had been given the wrong juice could the driver come back and give us the right juice. He explained the driver had left he had another driver coming this way that he would drop it off. We were fine with this, that was 30 minutes ago. Just got my juice swapped over and the new driver give me my juice only to find out it was 1.5 litre instead of the 2 litre that it stated in just eat it was. Bearing in mind we paid £2.50 for it. The delivery driver then said when I asked why it was a 1.5 you ordered it so take it. The attitude was terrible. Food was not too bad but there was more veg than chicken in the salt and pepper chicken.

We always go here for our Chinese takeaway, never had a bad meal from here. We don't get home delivery as we are out with delivery area. However when we call our order in it's always ready by time we arrive at shop to pick it up!

Terrible. Chicken balls were burnt,hard to chew. Asked for no veg in curry but got veg when delivered. First and last time i order from sws. Treasure cottage at saughton mains gardens is alot better,very disappointed as was told this sws was better than treasure cottage by staffstaff. Never again!!!

Good food, and just eat experience was quick and painless. Waiting area is a bit drab, and the customer service isn't always that fantastic though. The important part is the food though, and this delivers at a reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend the Shredded Beef in Chilli Sauce.
