Lovely cafe had fruit juice and coffe and sandwich excellent experience my girlfriend is disabled and we found this little cafe so friendly and so relaxing we could have stayed all afternoon the lady how was serving us obviously was part owner but she was exceptional the food was great very homely and the selection of drinks was amazing would definitely recommend thanks David

Great atmosphere, fresh sandwiches and tasty chicken noodle soup.

Very good food! Had a late lunch of soup, a muffin and hot chocolate. All of it was amazing and the soup had a student discount. I will be coming back very soon to try more

Best sandwiches and coffee. Loved the owners. Our daughter stayed back at our flat one day and they made a little get well package for her. She drank the tea and it helped. They made our trip a wonderful experience.

Best spot in town all-around. By far, the sandwiches and drink selection tops the chart in the area. Best food spot around the Edinburgh University campus by a long shot!

If you're looking for a place to work, have a coffee, or grab lunch I highly recommend stopping by! Easily my favourite cafe in all of Edinburgh. The owner and his wife are some of the kindest people I've met in the city. The cafe has a neighbourhood feel where they know everyone by name and welcome everyone with open arms. They will immediately make you fee like family.

Great little place with delicious freshly made soup, good coffee, and what I'm told is a fantastic Chai latte. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be nicer, we were in Edinburgh for the Sick Children's hospital and our server remembered us from our previous visit and asked after our son. You can't put a price on service like that.
