Food was ok but service was terrible , not helpful at all ,poor service no customer care at all . Won't be back

Terrible service ordered Food at 9.40pm and phoned back at 20 past 11 to be told it was on its way and then it just didn’t show up... wouldn’t rate at all

fast delivery but once again food was greasy, chips were either half cooked or soggy. containers damaged, driver didnt respect the 'contact free' delivery. instead he humphed when I asked him to place my food on the floor and step back with the money for the order on the windowsill. takeaway didnt even take notice of my delivery note on Just Eat. honestly if it wasnt due to the time of the night I would ordered from my regular Chinese takeaway me and my relatives have ordered from for YEARS! The New Pot, definitely still the best! and by far the fastest when it comes to delivery

Chicken noodle soup was absolutely awful. Really peppery and noodles like mush - horrible. The rest was nice but, even though they do lemon, orange and plum chicken, they didn't specify the lemon was made with sweet and sour sauce with a slice of lemon, not lemon sauce! I'd ordered a tub of sweet and sour sauce, which became surplus because of the lemon chicken! They stuck to the arranged time - I'd pre-ordered before opening hours - but driver didn't wear a mask nor seem to care about distance.I typed this after giving a 3 star rating but, having read it back I'm dropping it to 2. 1 for the main course quality and 1 for time keeping. There were 3 issues, soup, misleading menu and mask. I now only get a takeaway once a year around my birthday and this put me off even more.

We never usually order from here but our favourite Chinese is closed now. I ordered a chow mein but it was basically a box of noodles. There was hardly anything in it. No sauce either, very dry. Chips soggy too. Free prawn crackers. Delivery took nearly an hour but they did say that. Not the best Chinese takeaway. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered before 6. Came when delivery said would be but couldn't eat the food. Duck in plum sauce had more coating than duck and was tasteless. Crispy beef was chewy mush not crisp and was tasteless noodles were ok rice was yuck . Went in bin

Absolutely Shocking service!!!!I ordered my Chinese 2 hours ago now, I paid for it online, and it was late on delivery by half an hour so I called up like any normal person would. The woman said it would be 45 mins, and then I said I'm not waiting that long, she then spoke to someone and said 25 minutes. So she lied because it's not been delivered and the Chinese is now shut. So they've scammed me. DO NOT RATE.

Super fast deliver, like scary fast! Food was all fine. Nothing mind blowing. Gave me free prawn crackers and fried bananas. OK place average prices.

Had great service here. Ordered through Just Eat, but the website didn't make clear that the takeaway was no longer accepting orders that night and processed order for next day. Called the takeaway, and they delivered no problem and incredibly quickly. The food was great too, which is the all important thing!
