Reasonable price, delicious sushi, the only complain i have here is that they dont have much side options available. But whatever the sushi here is supreme so im gonna come back and please try their prawn tempura lettuce roll please please please

Great customer service.I am quoting ". All our food is made fresh on site throughout the day "Do they literally prepare the fish from whole like they do in Australia and Japan ..do we believe the hype?... I don't know, a lot of you will likely see this and wonder why im not giving them 4 stars....the deal breakers when i visit and if i can see them preparing the foodTo be continued....

Nice vibe, friendly staff, and good sushi. Prices are reasonable. Recommended for gluten-free (including Coeliac) as there's a good range of options.I got takeout and there was an issue in that I was given regular soy, not gluten-free (individually packed, so no cross-contamination risk), and it wasn't clear from the receipt that the order as a whole was indeed gluten-free. I called them and staff were helpful and reassuring that indeed everything was in order, and the soy was just an oversight when packing the bags. They were correct: everything did prove to have been gluten-free as intended.

One of the best Katsu I have eaten. Super friendly staff and affordable products!I also tried their sushi which is delicious so I highly recommend this place!

Food was absolutely amazing, wonderful flavour and exceptional presentation. The bowls are art in their own right, almost feels criminal to pick it apart with chopsticks. Definitely my #1 sushi joint in Edinburgh.

My favourite place in Edinburgh!! The food is always so fresh and delicious and the front of house always delivers an exceptional service. The place is always very clean and you get a good amount of top quality food for a very good price! Now I moved so far away, I am struggling to find anywhere as good as soul sushi :( 100% recommend to everyone (poke bowls are my fave!)

My favourite place for sushi in Edinburgh! The prices and quality of the food are wonderful. The salmon always tastes fresh and perfect ratio to rice. Staff are very friendly too. I always come back here when I have a craving for sushi.

Got some take-away sushi and I have to say that it some the best I've had in a long time. The sushi is made fresh and the prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend going here of you're in the area.
