The best fish and chips I have ever eaten. Many kinds of beer on tap. There was no lack of good scoth whisky. Meals and drinks are not so expensive.

Great village pub - good atmosphere and choice of beers/ales. Friendly customers and staffWould certainly recommend.Unfortunetely don't do food but have crisps & nuts.

We ate at this pub twice. All i can say is the food is great as is the price and the staff were really helpful. If you're staying at premier in leith forget the dreadful restaurant and try this place. Lasagne to die for. Jane and sharon.

Really liked this bar! First time I'd ever been in (just after the first lockdown) staff were really nice and approachable, and it's a very nicely set up pub. Beer garden is always a winner with me during the summer. The food was good and reasonably priced. Dogs are allowed which is fab as I have two! I'll definitely be back when the weather gets better. Lovely place. Thanks guys!

Chicken Katsu Burger was the best burger I've ever had. Desert also amazing, and very good service. 👍

Had a Sunday lunch here with family. Very welcoming to us all, including our dog. Great range of dishes which gave us all several options to choose from, both meat-eaters and vegetarians.We'd particularly recommend the Vegetarian platter as a starter. The burgers were not huge but very tasty, and the Beyond meat burger was really tasty. Excellent chips.I would give the vegan cheese a miss next time though, it had a weird consistency, but that's vegan cheese for you.The large fish and chips was a very big portion with very fresh fish and lovely light crispy batter.The ambience was more pub than posh, which suited us. Good range of beer and draught cider. Will definitely eat there again.

Nice British pub with lots of TVs screens to watch fotball. We had 2 beer beer and Haggis Fritters. It was really nice. The hostess was very kind and serivceminded. The atmosphere was good and people were friendly and polite.

What a great find..! This is a lovely, welcoming pub with excellent food. Can highly recommend for friendly service super food, and good value. The steak pie was great and I'm told the hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream was too, although I wasn't offered any..! If you're down at Newhaven harbour, head a little way West along the seafront and you'll find it.
