Starbucks Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh

Fantastic frothy coffee with a taste bud tickling salted caramel swirl. Just the ticket to set me up for my covid booster.

The staff are always lovely here! Lovely atmosphere and a nice calm place to sit and work without distractions

Walked out after standing 10 minutes waiting to be served whilst girl behind counter barked orders at 2 other staff whilst rubbing down counters and staring at waiting customers. Somebody needs to put them on some customer service training. Will not be back.

The collection of Scotland souvenirs is one of its kind. Nice decent size Starbucks with sitting space inside as well as outside. The free Wi-fi is comparatively the best in terms of speed and equally easy to connect against other free wifi provider at the mall

The coffee is undrinkable at best, tastes like dirty black water. Had a chocolate cookie I thought I had to go to the dentist after due to the amount of sugar. Really sickeningly sweet. Is a wonder how this chain is still open

Quite and the staff were friendly but feel it is overpriced for what you get. The M & S cafe along the way has a far better tasting coffe

Very relaxing atmosphere here . Perfect for your favourite coffee ! . Very clean and excellent service!! Am particularly impressed with the supervisor that works there .Gemma . Every so friendly , always got a kind word . Nothing is to much bother for her . She makes for a delightful visit every time .

New staff here need more train, not impressed at all, since the revamp of this one. Staff used to be very good, the bunch they have now are useless. Dirty cups and no one cleaning up, enough staff though.....

I love the fact you can sit in Starbucks or you can sit outside Starbucks but within the shopping centre. Service is quick, staff are friendly.I love the new improved coconut milk, it's thicker and creamier, has a better coconut taste and stays foamy longer.

Always come here to make use of the free WiFi and good coffee. Came in on the 29th of March 2018, the day before my dissertation hand in, and the lovely man behind the counter (don’t know his name but he has longish blond hair) came over with a cup of whipped cream and toffee sauce to cheer me up (I had my head on the table on the verge of tears). Made my day! Really nice to know I can come to my local Starbucks and get nice coffee and be served my absolutely lovely staff!
