Starbucks in Edinburgh

Was nice and quiet when we went. We had the wee one with us and because she was making some noise (just talking about the day) we keep getting dirty looks for the single people in there to work, got uncomfortable after an bit! The place was clean but was the atmosphere that lost it an star. The staff was efficient!

Great big coffee shop but takes forever to get your order

Friendly staff. Bit difficult to sit near a socket.

What I like most about this Starbucks in particular is that employees are very kind. If there is any issue, they're willing to help you with a smile and make you feel comfortable.

My favourite branch in Edinburgh.They open early on weekdays which is awesome. The staff is always very friendly and the place is clean.

Tell the my name is MAC and spell it but the never get it right stupid staff payment machine never works I go to nero now instead better coffee smarter staff. Dont fund Russia

I gave it a two which is two more than it deserves. The service was so slow that you could have run up to the Scott Monument and back in the time it took to make and serve a cafe cortado. The coffee was so so. The only major chain whose coffee is worse is Pret which is the equivalent of dishwater and the sort of sludge you pour down the drain. The young lady who took my money was friendly and that is the reason for the two stars.

Last sunday I was having a tough day, went for my hibiscus ice tea and the team were so supportive, lovely tea etc and chat. I think one that stood out was called finlay. (legend)

A particularly lovely staff member customised a coffee for me. He was fantastic and the coffee was glorious

You know what you are getting with Starbucks. Great location and nice and clean inside!
