Starbucks in Edinburgh

The location was nice. But staff were definitely less than friendly. Ordered a frapuccino which he forgot the cream, so asked for him to add it to which I got a tutt and a sigh. Not the high standard of service from anyother starbucks I've been in

Pretty much what you'd expect from a Starbucks. Coffee was good, reasonably priced. Was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Not particularly easy to find when coming off the city bypass. Signage could be better so you know it's there - it's just past the Shell petrol station, next to the Travelodge.

Staff were really friendly, restaurant was kept clean and tidy. My drinks order was made well and overall great experience. It was a quieter Starbucks buy great place to stop for coffee.

Very convenient beside a720 motorway, a quick coffee for the road. Very pleasant staff and atmosphere is really nice

Average coffee in average surroundings, much prefer Costa.

We stopped here during a long journey as Google mark it as having services. However a sign on the door said the services were only available for seated customers.We ate paninis. These were hot and tasty. There were good indications of efficient systems behind the counter (use-by dates on syrups etc). However, the tables and chairs had not been wiped (nor were any wiped during our visit).The facilities were very dirty (though there was paper).I wonder if this cafe needs more staff so someone would have time to clean.

I arranged to meet daughter and future son in law half way for us both. Plenty parking space and easy enough to find. Masks on to get in, clean rest room and no queues. Staff friendly and helpful. We decided to sit in. I noticed as I left how staff cleared and cleaned the tables to keep the place safe for other customers. First time I've been here and will gladly use again.

Rudest Starbucks member of staff I have ever met. Approached her doors. Not one smile, shrugging her shoulders. The most horrible customer service member of staff I have ever met. Will not be back to this Starbucks as I have left feeling offended as I cant possibly have upset her as I have never met her.

Quick brunch heading home from MBRA. As always the ring road Starbucks pleasantly quiet....
