As expected, steaks were cooked to specifications. Sides were well seasoned, cooked and presented. You will not be disappointed. Also had the oyster, which were succulent!

Great find. Loved every dish we tried. Superb porterhouse! Sides a little bit on a small size so bear that in mind when ordering.

Decided to go here for my partners 30th birthday whilst in Edinburgh. As we do love steak and wanted to go somewhere quite high end and it's safe to say just walking up the stairs to the restaurant we were pleased with the look of the whole place.The staff were all really pleasant and professional, whilst waiting for our order we got complimentary fresh bread and an aubergine and courgette spiced jam or chutney.When the food come, you could just tell the food was quality and the steaks (Sirloin and Ribeye) was pretty good size. Safe to say my partner enjoyed it as she didn't talk whilst eating and finished like 10 minutes before me (that never happens)We decided to get a dessert and make the most of our night out. They come and looked very impressive and tasted equally as good.Before we left the waitress brought over a little slate with Happy Birthday wrote on with 2 Meringues and 2 White Choc and Cranberry blocks, which was a nice little touch. We loved the place and couldn't fault it one bit, partner said it was one of the best meals she's ever had and I'd say the same. Had a good chuckle when I asked for the bill and the waitress brought it over and on the front it read "The Damage"Recommend visiting if you want to feel welcomed and enjoy some good quality steak

Top tier steaks. Literally one of the best places to eat in Edinburgh. Food is always amazing, service is absolutely brilliant. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Visited with colleagues for Christmas lunch from the festive menu, which was delicious. Soup was excellent and full of flavour. Steak was cooked to my exact liking and Christmas pudding was really good. Staff were very professional and friendly. I'll visit again for certain.

Great food and location! We had a Chateaubriand to share between two with two sides and starters. It was delicious! Nice ambiance and friendly service! Definitely recommend to visit and book a table!

So on our last night in Edinburgh my mum and I decided to come here for an early dinner. Our server was James (I think) and he was lovely. We're both quite picky but he seemed to know the good stuff and advised us on what to order. I think it is safe to say that our food was delicious and certainly worth the money! If we ever visit Edinburgh again we'll definitely be coming back here again. Thank you for excellent service and for making our last day of holiday just a little bit extra special! ❤❤

Oh. My. God. Best steak I've ever had! Everything was just so good! The service was amazing... I wasn't sure which steak I fancied so they brought over a board full and explained everything to us in detail about the steaks etc. Was a nice touch! We will definitely be back!

Food was excellent, service was excellent. Had the braised beef shin with haggis and a red wine jus. Rump steak and beef dripping chips. Then finished off with the vanilla cheesecake

First time experience, I went with my family amazing food steaks perfectly made tender just like salt bae experience. I would highly recommend it tastes and is flavorful
