Subway Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh

Quite possibly the worst Subway in Edinburgh. I kindly asked a member of staff for a item and she is completely out of order. Her attitude was horrible, rude for no reason and she was not giving any good eye contact. Also the place was a complete mess, tables were filthy and the floor was just horrible. Definitely not going back there ever again.

Always great food although the place is needing a clean, dirty floor and tables not wiped.

Wasn't impressed with the food choices at Fort Kinaird. Just personal preference. But thought not been to a subway in years. Food choice as to be expected. But what I observed didn't impress positively. Older lady serving looked like she was new to the work. She seemed nervous and uncertain. This can lead to forgetting details I find. She was being guided of sorts but a younger lad. I found his tone and responses to the lady rather condescending. People skills and awareness extend not just to the customer, although he seemed oblivious to us watching this as we were served, but must also extend to colleagues.

Great experience and they do a good kids meal.

Disgusting!! Scarped on beef! I asked for extra cheese I’ll pay extra pics tells all!! Hardly anything! Not going back there!

It's was fine , staff are plesent enough , too many online orders for delivery companies taking priority over the customer that's actually took time out there day to come in store, few things on the menu missing aswell over was just ok

Ordered a delivery, 3 of the orders was wrong. Phoned and they tried to blame the delivery driver. Last I checked uber eats don't make the sandwiches. Last time I order from this subway.

First of all when I walked into the shop it wasn’t clean at all, the floors were dirty. Then when I went to order my food the didn’t have what I would of liked: they had two types of bread Italian and brown and there were flies all over the food. At this point it was to late to cancel my order, and then I went to get my drink and there were no straws so I politely asked for one and then the woman said that she would get me one and then didn’t have the decency to tell me they had run out , so I had to overhear another worker telling someone else they had no straws.

Went in hungry, came out full. Can't complain at that. Subs were pretty decent and the sit in area was clean. Subway is starting to get a bit more expensive but the foods still good and you can't beat the cookies. Juice machine was rubbish tho. Gave out more water than juice.
