Standard wetherspoons experience. Fantastic iconoclastic decor throughout. We particularly liked the homage to AGB through the old telephones at various points on the walls.

Ahoy fellow spoons goers! The Alexander Graham Bell spoons. What a place! It was an exquisite experience for both my valentines date and I; from entrance till exit. First step into this warm wome like home for many, began with a pleasant welcoming hug to the eyes from the delicious taste of the interior design. This was followed closely by a boujee little corner table. Fish and chips is what I had and boy golly it tasted like it had been caught fresh this morning. The quorn nugget wrap is what my lady friend indulged in. Her words exactly "when I take a bight I feel like I'm lying on the sheets of a freshly made bed with the balcony doors open and a light breeze comes in to greet me while Ryan Gosling sensually kisses my flower".Now let's take a gander at the service. One word is all I need !!SO FRICKING GOOD!!We were consistently served by a lovely man with a dapper style, who wore a zebra shirt and when complimented about it he told me where he got it from in such a friendly way. He also did have impeccable hair aswell. Genuinely really great service.I truly only have one negative thing to say about my whole experience. The couple next to us kept crying and it put me off my cookiedough sandwich.I wanted to drink their tears.Thank you spoons <3

Got scammed.. it wrote 7.50 with drinks for the burger. But got charged extra for a drink. Same goes for my pizza. False advertisement. Been to other wetherspoons before nvr got charged extra

Service could've been better, staff need training on how to better cook eggs. I ordered a traditional breakfast and my friend egg had an unmissable big piece of shell in the middle and was like rubber. My companions scrambled egg was also off.

Awful. The place was rotten. We were yesterday, the 20th of December. Yes it was busy but there were dirty plates and cup, all over place, on tables, the floor on seats, minging. We found a table and sat down, my 4 year old was hungry and wanted something small the share. We ordered on the app thinking it would be easier because the woman on the bar looked stressed. We ordered 4 drinks and a portion of chips. We were sat an hour before the drinks came, then another 30 mins, we ended up leaving before the chips came. We couldn't wait anymore.

On a busy Saturday before Xmas we managed to get in and stayed there for the afternoon. Usual JD prices and friendly atmosphere. Starting to show it's age

A very nice Wotherspoons pub. Staff very friendly, good banter. Good beer which is inexpensive for Edinburgh and excellent food. Also do coffee from self serve machine which was quite good. It was also cheap at under £1

Absolute comedy of a place. Ordered breakfast and a drink. Then says no food available. Wait for 30 mins for a drink. Go to bar. Can't just give it you but be another 30 min wait. Cancelled and won't be back. Unfortunately cannot give zero stars

2 week in a row cold breakfast last week sent back waiting 25 minutes for the replacement. Then this week waiting 30 minutes to get breakfast and it was cold again no time to wait for a replacement just left it shame as we always get a breakfast before going to the rugby. Don't think will be going back there.
