The Beer Kitchen in Edinburgh

Overall we had a good time, the beer was excellent but the food could have been better. One of only three starters was off the menu and they wouldn't replace it, the macaroni was dry and a bit bland but the mud pudding was delicious.

Great fun making and tasting beer. Our brewer was so knowledgeable about all things to do with brewing, we had a fab time and get our beer back in a couple of weeks

Staff were friendly, decent prices. Although quite dingy inside needs updating in the interior as our table had a real stench of sick at 5pm on a Saturday evening. We left quite promptly after the first drink.

The real ale was good but the food not so much. The menu was very limited. Also I couldn't understand why the restaurant served coffee but didn't have any sugar (let alone sweetener)

Incredible selection of craft, food looked great also. Innis and Gunn is wonderful and we continued to drink it throughout our visit so a must for craft lovers.

The waiter was so welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Lovely food maybe too much on plate couldnt eat any more. Would definately go back.

Lovely setting, nice to try fresh brews. Not so keen on the whole app download ordering system.

Great drinks but mixed quality food. Cauliflower wings are very tasty but vegan burger was dreadful (it was like rubber but wasn't overcooked - maybe microwaved). And bun fell apart as soon as I touched it, not that it was any use anyway with an inedible burger. Had a young child so no time to discuss, although I didn't get the impression staff would be willing.

Our favourite lager during our trip to Scotland! We miss it here in Portugal! Send us some packs 😉We went to the brewery 2 times.
