The Haggis Box in Edinburgh

We bought two haggis, one regular and one veggie. Both of them were great! The whisky and mustard sauce was delicious! And the guy that served us was really nice, he even talked to us in Spanish! Great accent, by the way!

Randomly came across this place, tried it and Holy leopards on the moon this is good! Had the traditional Haggis, neeps and tatties with the whiskey mustard sauce. Unbelievably satisfying. Will have to visit again before I leave Edinburgh.Edit: tried the Haggis with the red wine gravy. Very nice flavor, but must say I prefer the sauce the first time round :)

It was an interesting experience. My husband got a traditional haggis and I got a vegetarian one. The staff were very friendly and guided us on what to choose. The mustard and whiskey sauce was good. They also have crafted beer.

The place is convenient for tourists like myself. This is actually my first time to try haggis. I must say that this won't be my last It was tasty and the sauce was just perfect. They also serve coffees (hot and cold) and it' definitely a plus point for me.The place is clean and the staff wears mask. This is a must try when you're in Edinburgh

After a Haggis at a breakfast Buffet in a Hotel (which was dry and unpleasant) and a Pizza with Haggis (which was delicious - the bay in Dunbeath) I Finally found a really tasty Haggis in Edinburgh. And the Auchentoshan Sauce ist a perfect fit.And I had also Haggis Ice Cream, Just Kidding. I asked for a smaller Version of the veggie Haggis that came in scoops. It was more firm than the original one but also very tasty. I asked for the sauces a part as I wanted to try both of them.The Ladies were very nice and friendly. All over all a nice experience.

Probably best haggis in town, comes with 2 choices of sauces, red beef gravy or whisky. Cakes are yummy as well. Location, when fully open with no extra activities, is fabulous, light and airy. The staff is super, friendly and helpful, and recognized us from back in the summer! 😳😃 Always a pleasure to return 💖

Absolutely brilliant food in a nice and cozy environment. Some of the best coffee as well. The big stand out moment of the day was their amazing customer service. Lots of laughs and friendly conversation. I "adopted" 3 wild haggis too! They don't like to live apart you see ;) And a shout out for indulging my partner with the apron

Very glad we stopped here to try Haggis. The Haggis Box came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. The food was lovely. We got the Haggis with mustard and whiskey sauce. The hot chocolate was good as well.Service was so friendly. My only recommendation is that instead of table serve they adopt the counter service because it was very busy and the waiter seemed pretty overwhelmed trying to get to and from all the tables with a high turnover rate. I think that would make it easier for themselves and faster for their customers.

We chose this place after googling the best place for haggis in Edinburgh. Lovely little spot to refuel and rest your legs and the haggis was absolutely delicious. The soup seemed popular as all the other diners were eating it, but we wanted a traditional taste of scotland and we were not disappointed. It came with the recommended whisky and mustard sauce and my son and I could happily eat it on a regular basis, though my daughter wasn't converted. Not usually a fan of offal and now we are back at the hotel, I have just told the kids what it is actually made of (as I wasn't entirely sure either). Who knew sheep's pluck could be so tasty. Lovely, welcoming member of staff and very reasonably priced.
