Great pub, very swish interior, great menu, reasonably priced, friendly staff, nice clean presentation, I'm very impressed. 👍

Nice atmosphere, great food and drinks, good value. We visited whilst staying in Edinburgh for a few days, what a refreshing change to have prices that don't sting, and great food too. Enjoyed our visit!

Really friendly staff in this lovely bar. The food was also good, but the highlight were the spicy jalapeno margaritas!!! So good we had to go back!

Lovely place, nice food just maybe apart from chips tasting a bit of fish so must have been fried in same.oil as the fish

This is a lovely pub i n the centre of Morningside. Good gastro pub food served.Has a nice vibe good choice of wines and cocktails

Nice place and atmosphere ruined by rolling news on the TV. People go out to have a good time, not to have BBC News constantly on in a ‘gastro pub’.

Superb service. Atmosphere amazing. Food outstanding. And to top it all the wines are delicious. Red ones anyhow. Back once again. The haddock is outstanding. But it is after all from Welches at Newhaven.

Decent selection of draughts, good cocktails etc too. Food is average at best , highly overpriced for what it is. Atmosphere is a bit dull, maybe turn off the TVs if you’re not showing anything in particular. No one wants to watch how many people have died on the news while they are trying to enjoy a pint. Staff and service however is really good !

Beautiful pub like a french bistro, well decorated and spacey. We had a nice coffee and tea along with a very tasty pudding 😋 We came back for lunch which was also good quality food. Really kind service by Judith and Marnie

The staff here were very friendly and made sure that we were all good. We had some coffees that were decent considering it was a pub and then had the pork and beef roast. These were decent but nothing particularly special. Servings size was sound and they have an extensive beer n drinks menu. Probably best for miss afternoon
