These guys have ultimately smashed the Indian market. Say people like me who are missing home and are 100 miles away. Not to worry, TMK is the place for you. Even though it's small, they have achieved some of the best curries like the chicken one for example. The Deaconess Garden is good for sitting and eating on a hot and summery day up there in Edinburgh...

This is a hidden gem in Edinburgh. There aren't many places you can get heaping servings of authentic Pakistani cuisine for under £10 a plate. I reccomend trying a few of the vegetarian curries, with the Chickpea being a personal favourite. It's served buffet style, so is a great spot for a quick meal as you are served instantly! I love this place so much and will not leave Edinburgh without eating there at least once everytime I visit. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

One of the best Indian food in Edinburgh. I found it by a chance after doing prayer at Edinburgh mosque. The price was affordable and they serve a generous amount of portion. Now, Mosque Kitchen has become my must visited resto every time I go to the Edinburgh.

Always guaranteed a good curry for a good price at the Mosque Kitchen. It's a no frills place, just good food. Good selection of curries, from lamb, chicken, and vegetable curries. My only critique is that the samosa and pakora I had were cold, everything else was delicious 😋

Amazing food with good quantity. Must try chicken biryani and lamb Rogan josh.

This place is fine but nothing special. Nice seating area and the food is over priced. There is an original Mosque Kitchen just down the road (towards the car park) and the food quality is better with 30% cheaper prices.

Very bad place to visit, I actually visited this place with my wife, they are selling South Asian dishes, the food is overpriced with small portion size. There are better options available in the surrounding area. The only people who rated this place high I guess don't know how the good South Asia dishes tastes like.

Went there while we were on a one day trip to Edinburgh. after reading the comments we had high hopes . While the food was tasty and of quality . The service was really bad . One staff served the curry as she was throwing it on the table . It felt disrespectful. We tried waving to her as we had a doubt and it felt like she was ignoring us . Even the quantity of chicken Tikka masala was really less. (It tasted good tho) . Roti was good too. I hope the owner sees this and change these things

Can't get enough of the Mosque. If I go to Edinburgh and don't get the chance to go to the Mosque I view it as a missed opportunity. Generous portions at cheap prices. The food is rustic and tastes great. Chilled out relaxed environment and nice staff. If you're looking for high end dinning you might want to look elsewhere but you'll be hard pressed to find anywhere that is as tasty for such good value. They do about 6 vegan curries and about the same number of meat dishes. You can get 3 veggie curries and a drink for about £8.50. I'd recommend the dhal and saag aloo as well as the channa masala or the aloo gobi.

Large portions and very affordable. Our lamb curry was absolutely delicious as was the gelato we got after. Staff were very friendly. Definitely would come back. The only improvement I could suggest would be switching to re-usable or at least wooden/compostable cutlery.
