The Orchard in Edinburgh

This places Food is fantastic. I had Haggis in Batter starter which was not too dry and served on a plate with sauce and amazing presentation. My main was a Steak pie and is easily the best Pub steak pie, I've ever had. I had what felt like a full rump steak in a pie with a tasty grave and perfect pastry. YOU GOTTA TRY THIS!!!....

Excellent food served with good humour. No rush from staff but service very efficient.

First time I've been for food having been just for drinks before. Service was great and really friendly. I had the fish & chips: fish was crispy, tasty and not greasy and the chips were next level skin-on 'rooster' ones. Only minor thing was it was a wee bit on the chilly side even with the radiator on but we were right at the window. I also got a taste of the steak pie (helped with the leftovers) it was also really good. Oh and couldn't resist the sticky toffee pudding and glad I didn't. Will definitely be back!

Nice Little pub, well worth a long sit-down after the botanical garden

Had dinner here on Hogmanay. Tables well spaced out. Staff on duty very friendly and efficient. Ribeye steak cooked to perfection. Ice cream not bad either.

Just a nice traditional pub with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I dined here recently and had the Steak Pie. It was quite simply out of this world! And I've tried quite a few Pies 😉

We stopped by here for some food after we went to the botanical gardens.They have a great variety of local beers on tap if you fancy that. We had burgers and they were delicious with beer.Around that time a few families were in. If you come with kids only the non bar area is aloud to sit for you.We enjoyed our time here.Perfect for a good bite (typically Scottish food as well) and a pint.Cheers!

A welcoming pub with an excellent menu offering contemporary dishes using local, seasonal produce.From the moment you enter the Orchard through it's stained glass door, you know this place is a bit special.Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the bar manages to tread the fine line between being stylish and informal.

The Orchard was recommended by on of the staff at the hotel we are staying in. Really friendly and helpful staff and good service. The food was delicious. Had the veggie burger and it came with REAL chips! All the food was piping hot. We all had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert which was delicious too. Would highly recommend The Orchard too.
