Really nice hotel , staff were lovely value for money , but be aware if you are booking a single room it's very small, I will probably book in the future but prefer to pay for a double , as single is just too small, hence 4 stars instead of 5

The Place, is a lovely hotel however during our visit the restaurant was closed and no room service. TheRoom it self was one of the best we've stayed in and the staff were very friendly. I would like to go back when all facilities are available.(just to be clear the bar was open)

The location is great room was spacious however it was boiling hot we needed 2 fans just to keep the room cool. They refused to turn the heating down couldn’t sleep the 2 nights they also didn’t have any form of catering. Despite having a chef and a wedding event happening. Honestly not worth the money better off with a holiday inn or travel lodge.

Stayed here in December. Had a room on the top floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very professional and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Spacious room, staff were excellent. Short walk to most of the Capitals attractions and transport hubs.

Nice hotel in the centre of Edinburgh, close to everything. Our room wasn't really big but the comfy bed compensated for that. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no parking lot so if you parking at Omni Park, before paying ask on reception for a discount vaucher. It's 20% off. Restaurant isn't working at the moment but bar is open.

This place was brilliant for me stayed here just recently thanks to edinburgh council and the guys here couldnt be more friendlier. I was here for just over 2 weeks and was well looked after. My room was super and as for the ensuite i cant find the words to describe such a beautiful place.

Wonderful staff on reception and throughout the hotel, everything was beyond what we expected and nothing too much trouble. Room where warm, clean and modern design. We stayed in the vast pirate themed suite , the bathroom was outstanding and so much room in the whole suite. Outside noise was never a problem even though it's located on a busy street. The food more than met my expectations and we will be making a reservation here again when we visit Edinburgh again soon.
