I can appreciate this is an airport branch and we are ostensibly over a barrel but... 9quid for a large glass of low quality Sauvignon is taking the **** - I can only imagine how many organs you would need to sell to buy a main course here!

I know it’s an airport but come on. Filthy tables, overpriced food, small portions and the lasagne tasted like a ready meal with barely any mince in it. I should have gone to Burger King instead.

Glass and cutlery FILTHY. Burger consisted of Lettuce and a dried up bland burger. Don't waste your money. Est on the plane or pay a few pounds extra and try All Bar One!!!

Large pub typical of Wetherspoon. Reasonably priced food and drink considering it's an airport bar.

Go elsewhere. Staff at the Sir Walter Scott were rude and aggressive when I visited, zero sense of any kind of customer service. Very simply, customers at the Sir Walter Scott are regarded as an inconvenience. Food mediocre at best when it does arrive. Plenty of other, better, options.

Don't know why they can't serve a properly hot breakfast. I have given them the benefit of doubt and tried again thinking I might have just been unlucky previous times but yet again a lookwam breakfast.there isn't really an other option for a good breakfast at the airport.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable breakfast today, my expectations were exceeded. The yolks were runny, nothing was stale and the butter was nice and soft so easy to spread. The mushroom wasn't the best but an absolute pleasure nonetheless. I was however one of the first people in so can't promise the quality would be the same later in the day when it's busier! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Visited on 16/11/2021, shocked to see that the kitchen closes at 6.30pm and that the bar closes at 7pm. No logic in the bar closing that early as it leaves customers stranded with no access to food or drink Ridiculous

Portion size of the nachos was disgraceful. Less than the size of a packet of crisps and two pieces of chill, all for £8.45. manager refunded when I complained at least but their head office need to get a grip. I won't be ordering food here again unless it changes. Tried to complain through the app, but they had stopped accepting complaints on it 10 months ago. Hmmm watch this space, I can see a company folding

Very good breakfast and complex versions for vegans and vegetarians. Also I very liked the idea of calories in the menu. And free refill on tea/coffe. Recommend tetley tea with milk (and sugarfree sweetener). 4 stars because I couldnt find pepper and the hot chocolate was out of milk. Also price is high as usual. Best hash brownies!
