Wine not the best! But the warm welcome for our dog made up for that. Was his first visit to the pub and he seemed to enjoy the attention. Thanks again for the water bowl

Great fish 'n' chips. Worth a visit and not expensive.

Came in at lunch time. Beautiful day so sat outside. Very nice service and ratio of price/quality of the food was off the scale. 12 pounds for a great fish and chips, macaroni cheese and two drinks in 2018 at a nice location is unbelievable value.

Very welcoming and friendly. Staff a bit pushed due to unexpected number of customer's however coped very well. Good beers and food real nice.

The food is good value and plenty of it and the service is great, with banter thrown in. The batter on king prawns was amazingly light so looking forward to having the fish and chips. Being a pub there is no separation between the restaurant and the bar which created a mixed atmosphere.

Absolutely to die for fish and chips.. staff exceptional.. would recommend.

Server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions. The Food was fantastic!

Food was lovely. Service was great. Only downfall was when I took my wee boy into the gents. Wasn't very clean and could be doing with being repaired. Overall our visit was great..

Eaten here a couple of times now. Good food, the fish batter is as light as air, best I've ever had. Macaroni cheese was lovely too. Clean, nice decor. Seems to get regular custom but not overly busy, mind you it's a decent size place.

If your having the fish & chips it looks good only say this as saw a couple who ordered it. The food was ok but not great and it needs to be updated inside as a bit drab especially the ladies toilets. They do have San Miguel on draft though which was a pleasant surprise and the staff were friendly.
