My local when I need comfort food and nice breakfast muffins. It's a lovely little cafe with wonderful homemade food, the peanut butter tray bake is to die for! The team is super friendly and attentive. Thank you guys :)

I definitely recommend going to the thirsty pallet while in Edinburg ! We were in the city for a couple of days and came back here 3 times to get breakfast. The staff is the most welcoming, nice and lovely. The food is absolutely delicious and great veggie options. The place is calm and dog friendly, what more could we ask for ?

Nice little café a little to the side out, away from all the busy people.Staff are very nice and friendly food is good, chicken salad was good. The full Scottish breakfast... I mean look at the pictures, so much meat, I don't think I've ever gotten a plate with so many kinds of processed meats on it, got meat sweats by the end.If you're looking for a meaty full Scottish, this is your place.

The Thirsty Palette gets 5 stars from me. As soon as we walked through the door we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Food was excellent, fresh and very tasty. Portion sizes were large which left two very satisfied customers.Staff were very attentive. I will be recommending this cafe to all my friends and family. I look forward to returning soon.

Got a Full Scottish, the "Veggie Wedgie", and the shortbread. Lovely people and great food. Shortbread was the best I had in Edinburgh / Skye. And appreciated the added greens to the traditional mushrooms in the morning. Wanted nothing more than to come back before heading back home but will have to settle for another trip back to Edinburgh.
