Was amazing from the second we walked in the door until we left! Room was lovely and clean, staff were all amazing! Very welcoming. Dinner was really good, and the Breakfast was also great! They even offered to bring it up to our room in the morning with everything we ordered! Will definitely be back to stay again! Not a bad thing to say

I give this place 5 stars for the following reasons. Fantastic and professional service by all members of staff. They are friendly and very helpful. The place also has a fantastic atmosphere. Very clean and elegant with a beautiful modern interior. I highly recommend this place for people if they want to have a good night out.

The aesthetic at this place is immaculate. The cocktails were stunning (I had the frozen raspberry Charlie Chaplin) and the thai green curry was lovely but the duck with stew wasn't great. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the duck and the service didn't stand out as amazing (not bad by any stretch but was just average)

Found Tigerlily on the net as a top place in the city for afternoon tea. It didn't disappoint! Excellent service from the amazing waitress Kathryn. Champagne flowed and the food was excellent not to mention the great Earl Grey tea.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Tigerlily. From the moment we arrived and went for a drink whilst our rooms were getting ready to the time we left everything was perfect. The recpetion staff were warm and welcoming and the bar staff were attentive and friendly, to the point that she overheard us talking about the fact it was our friend's birthday ( the reason for the trip) and she took the birthday girl's drink off the bill. The hotel arranged a complimentary bottle of bubbles in our room too.The rooms themselves were beautiful and spotless. The location is perfect, so central to everything.So glad we stayed and will definitely be back!

My friends and I had a fabulous brunch here on Sunday afternoon. All staff were so friendly and had a very warm welcome as soon as we walked in the door. But our waitress Katelyn was amazing and helped to make a great experience for my friends and I as she couldn’t do enough for us and was very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Ok, I’m still here as I write this. First of all, the staff is super friendly. Nothing to say about their kindness. Now the bad stuff. The music in the restaurant is awfully loud (and really not to my taste, but if you like monotonous dance music while dining, well, you’ll be happy). The wine list is not anemic, but you won’t find a single French red wine on it! You will find wine that came all the way from Down Under and South America, but none from across the channel. If you order a bottle and don’t finish it, you can’t take it with you. So I’m drinking by the glass.My meal just arrived, and… it’s… ok. The cod is bland and the potatoes are under cooked. The broccoli is fine though. Compared with the rest. The wine is good, I settled for a Normans Cabernet Sauvignon from South Australia but have no idea of its age.I will be happy to leave and skip dessert, the only dessert I need right now is the sweet silence waiting for me outside.

I have never been here before and never will because only rich people can travel outside of their own country. So, I am passing out random businesses in random cities from random countries from Africa to China and more 5 star reviews for no reason and then talk about how wonderful I imagine everything must be there.I imagine the food, if they serve any, is delectable and the atmosphere impeccable. The rooms I imagine are spotless and the service I imagine must be top notch and the surrounding area I imagine is pristine.

We come here every year but probably never again. We waited 40 minutes for a drink when we eventually got served, and we had already eaten our starter. The waiter tried once to serve us another tables starter, on 3 occasions to serve us somebody else's mains, and once incorrect drinks. The table next to us ordered a bottle of wine which was wrong when it arrived. Later when they ordered a second bottle the same thing happened. A jug of water arrived with no glasses. We were offered 2 free glasses of prosecco for the chaos that was ensuing but when the waitress reappeared she asked if we would like any drinks, when we had already ordered! When the drink did arrive there was only one. Staff were arguing with the kitchen and bar staff couldn't keep up with orders. Food was average at best for the price and then waited half an hour for the bill when I gave up and went to the bar to ask. Plenty of other places to spend your money. A shame as the venue is lovely but not worth it. I appreciate covid has an impact but there were so many staff but just no organisation.

Well where do I start? Amazing staff! Fantastic atmosphere! Good value & lovely room. Your staff are excellent, friendly, efficient & fun, perfect. Service was exceptional, food was delicious both for dinner & breakfast. We were a party of 8, all over 50's & we loved it! Will see you again.
