Overall great restaurant. I would recommend you come a little early, or get ready to wait, since it tends to have very long queues to go in, especially during the weekend. Once seated we were served very quickly and the waitress was just amazing. We didn't manage to finish all our food and she very nicely assisted us in packing the leftovers so that we could take them home with us. The food is really good, however I think you can find a few more authentic restaurants in Edinburgh. Nevertheless, had a great experience. They are very allergen friendly. Extensive menu.

Bit of a queue on Saturday night, but food came out quite quickly. Staff are very friendly and food was nice.

Please get the doors sorted! Like eating dinner in a wind tunnel. We are locals and eat have eaten here often. Each time of late, its getting colder inside. We enjoy the food and the staff are great! The staff are even complaining on being cold and it's an ongoing issue. Please consider getting a rail with curtains if you can't fix the doors. Or just fix the doors. Paying £100 for a meal whilst wearing a jacket and scarf is not the experience I want. Upstairs was warm but closed.

We went yesterday as unplanned visit as another restaurant overbooked his tables … we had a great time. The food was delicious, tasteful, creative, spicy, fresh. we had some of the best gyoza 🥟 we had a long time. We also tried three of the fresh juices, super yummy. £47 for two including starters, mains and 3 drinks. We’ll come back. The staff was very friendly and professional which is always great

Queued for about 20 mins, sat down and ordered quick at friendly service, delicious food and good price. Everything you’d expect from a great restaurant.

Very quick and friendly service despite having to queue pressure for a few minutes we were updated and had all allergy discussions so they knew how to accommodate us once seated. Tamas (our waiter) was super friendly and attentive!! The food was amazing!! The only criticism I would give is that my food arrived about 5/6 mins after my husband's which meant he was busy eating whilst I sat and watched. Would recommend but hopefully they bring the food out at the same time next time.

One of my favorite Wagamama locations. Clean and new, modern design and delicious food! Tons of vegan options too. Highly recommend.

I literally don’t understand why people come here, ‘starters’ were delivered cold and ten mins apart. Stone cold fried squid… yummy :(Bowl of pork belly Raman consisted of 3 bacon thin slices of pork and a half of the smallest chicken egg I’ve ever seen and was stone cold, the entire dish was overwhelming flavored with ginger so you couldn’t taste anything else.The noodles although supposedly fresh had turned into a pasty blob like you left a pot noodle for an hour.My wife’s donbury was an amorphous blob of congealed starch the whole thing lifted out of the plastic bowl along with the spoon.Although not all bad, the kimchi was pretty good.

Food really good, staff very helpful and restaurant friendly, warm and inviting. Plenty of room per table and staff attentive. No long wait for food etc.. Disabled parking outside, easy walking distance to city centre. I ordered teriyaki Sirloin soba and korean buns. Very tasty, plenty of different drinks to try.

Despite a queue to enter during lunch time on a Saturday, It moved quickly and once inside our food arrived promptly. The waitress we had was very friendly. Absolutely fantastic food and service from Wagamama!
