Really nice owner!I liked that it was open at 8 00 on Sunday. But it's better to ask at other times of the year.I might say that there could be a bit less sauce on the poached eggs, but it was still tasty and served with care :)I totally recommend, also because it's a man made place, with heart and commitment and it shows. Not a franchise-bull.t.Very clean toilets, warm interior, might be full at high hours, has a garden outside for sunny days.Location great, at the Rose Street, with busy life :)

Ordered two eggs Benedict and got two sloppy eggs on crumpets that I could have made in my own house for £1.50. Charged us £8.50 for each and had the audacity to add a service charge on top. To top it off they were asking people to pay with cash. Luckily one customer refused and so we also ended up paying with card. The most worrying part was we were sat on a table for 4 as a 2. The employee was trying to seat another couple on our table - clearly not too worried about the pandemic.

Lovely little restaurant with great food. Dodgy Rose wine and a rather abrupt waiter prevents a 5 star rating, but I would recommend it on the food alone. Really really tasty 👍

The member of staff serving us came across as rude, unwelcoming and barely spoke a word to us. The meal tasted very plain and like something that had come straight out of the freezer, so not worth what we paid. Won't be coming back.

I randomly come in, and meet lovely people. Very welcoming and friendly. Amazing mezes, Ezme is my favorite and the bread with butter served fresh and warm. If you like Mediterranean food try this restaurant.

Order this creamy cheesy potatoe dish, it was terrible, tasted like cornflour. I have had better in the tesco meal deal. The filo pasty rolls had hardly any cheese in them, flavourless. Prawns were nice best thing I ordered, but basic. Told the waiter about the potatoes and he just shrugged and got a bit defensive. Really expensive for what it is each dish was approx £7, theres so many nicer places on Edinburgh.

Definitely recommend this place. Calamari starter was perfectly cooked. An the main Iskinder donna was absolutely delicious with the portions been spot on. Service was fast an given with a great smile.

Arrived in Edinburgh late Saturday with nowhere booked to eat and everywhere was rammed, stumbled across this place and what a great little find it was!! Really good food and service, big choice of all your Mediterranean favourites so you can shut your eyes and pretend you’re abroad with a meze!! Would definitely recommend a visit👌🏼.

Good Mediterranean food taste good everything was done correctly and fast. The only thing I had a problem was that if you saying coming with fries it should come with fries but everything was delicious also my friends dish if says burger we think it is a burger. But they still have him the right food recommended and delicious food recommend for everyone

One of the best halal steak (Ribeye) I've had in Scotland. Meat was juicy and flavourful. Tried both the peppercorn and creamy mushroom sauce. Although, the peppercorn sauce was quite mild. The babaganoush was amazing! Had a smokey taste to it.The atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was excellent! Would definitely go back to try other dishes.
