Staff tried very hard but all 2 person tables have 4 chairs, 4 person tables have 6 chairs. Big pizzas come on large wooden boards and couldn't fit 3 on tiny table. Add to that it arrived luke warm and we were under the fan it was soon cold. Won't return. Left a big tip because waitress genuinely tried to help.

Service was great until after main course. After 30 mins of waiting for someone to ask if we wanted a sweet or coffee we gave up. Then they almost refused to take cash from us- in fact argued with us about changing payment method. Couldn't cook have the menu as fryers weren't working. Short staffed but restaurant was half empty. Very disappointing.

We dined at Zizzi Edinburgh 17.12.21 whilst visiting the city for the Christmas markets and catching up with family after two years. It was a lovely experience with lots of choice on the menu. Polite and helpful staff. Looking forward to visiting again.

Spur of the moment lunch here on Saturday. Lovely pizzas and salad. Perfect service. Definitely be back.

Not a great experience. Waited a good 20 mins to order food, then informed of items not available after server had gone to key the order. Our starter was completely forgotten, and wrong pudding delivered too. Server was not friendly or polite, possibly a trainee? Food was good but won't hurry back sorry!

Lovely food and very friendly staff. Very filling, next time I think I'll get a starter and share a pizza. Staff boxed up a lot of our pizza so we could bring it home.

Really good service, food was great and they had a good gluten and dairy free selection for my husband. We hadn't even waited very long when our waitress came and apologised profusely that they'd mixed up my husband's order, but we didn't have to wait much longer and they gavr us a discount. Recommend the salted caramel chocloate brownie for dessert.😋
