Food is always fantastic and varied from your run of the mill Indian restaurant, people are very friendly and efficient, only slight downside is the flat coca cola, it feels like it is bottled juice, and no coke zero

Had a beautiful meal, service was great, Waitress was super Drinks👌

The service was friendly and the food was lovely. There was confusion over the order. My youngest wanted chicken tikka masala from the adults menu, I asked if we could have a child's portion with a child's naan which i had thought had been agreed. He ended up with an adults portion which we were charged full price for. Would be nice to have the option of choosing a child's portion of something on the adults menu. Otherwise everything was nice and would go back.

If you’re ordering for collection allow 30mins - 1hr on top of what they tell you on the phone. Food is fine but not worth the ridiculous waiting time.

This is our favourite Indian restaurant although last night wasn't the best meal I've had from here. The rice was quite sticky and clumpy, naan bread was warm. Our mains were ok but not the usual standard and certainly not a hot as they should have been perhaps a new chef? We had our starters then quite a gap before our mains came out but it just seemed like they had forgot as the girl had came over and asked if we were ready for our mains whereas normally you finish your starting and the table starts to be prepared for the main course but this didn't happen last night. We were the 1st people in last night and it did start getting busier when we were there but not enough to justify the above. Anyway perhaps a off night. The food was nice enough just not upto the usual standard we have experienced from here but all said we will definitely be back. The staff are so warm and friendly. Adding to this the 5 course week menu is excellent value for money with a free bottle of wine or a beer each at £15 a head it's a non brainer too.

Tasty food with lots to choose from, nice vegan/dairy free options and very lovely and attentive staff. Reasonable priced too!

Another amazing meal had at the B Lounge , we brought our friends and they said it was the best Indian meal they have ever had! Michael and his team made us feel welcomed once again even although they were super busy!!

·

Restaurant was freezing cold which wasn't a good start but then sat for 40mins before we got our starters and then nearly an hour and a half for main course and there was only 4 tables in! So if your not in a rush and enjoy sitting with your jacket on this is the place for you. Very disappointing. Food was good but the temperature spoiled the whole experience. We did comment on the temperature but was pretty much ignored although as we left we did notice that the area around the bar was hot where all the staff stand..... Wouldn't want the staff to be cold. Mentioned again as we paid and all we got where some pretty unconvincing apologies. Apparently its because it was a cold night outside! I mean seriously!

Dissapointed, rarely order from bombay lounge because there are better indian restaurants and have had the odd bad delivery but occasionally we get a decent meal from here, tonight we ordered over £40 of food and not a single dish was up to scratch, bland, watery curries with hardly any meat, waste of money and last time I'll be tempted to give them another chance

We ordered food at 17: 57 it arrived at 20:27 cold and told "we were busy".If this service cant meet the demand on an identified "busy time" then at some point stop taking orders and prioritise your work load , it was insulting waiting this time to be charged for a mediocre cold meal and a waste of £25 .I could have made my own curry in half time which we would have enjoyed . Poor show guys.
