Good garden centre with lots of additional shops on site. Its more akin to a supermarket really its got such a wide range of products. It has a great range of plants all year round, hard landscaping materials and everything else you need to create a Garden. The restaurant seems to be much improved now in 2022. Speedy service from Cait today, who gets 5* from us. Haddock & chips was descent as well.

What a place if there was a garden of eaden this would be it.So not only do you have a mini sainsburys, you have books, clothes ,shoes a lake land, a bbq place, a butchers its almost endless.I was in awe when I walked in you could quite easily get lost. There is disabled parking, this is a one stop shop for all your needs. I did not even need things but got lost and ended up with a basket full of stuff.Oh there is a cafe as well.Look just stop and look around you won't be dissapointed.Plants food furniture the list is almost endless.

First time visit, very large, lots and lots of stock, bit like a department store. Very nice cafe/restaurant. Separate areas for main courses and coffee and cake which is very sensible. Everything clean and organized. Fantastic pet stuff. Nothing to complain about. Dobbies usual high standards.

Quite busy given the Christmas season is upon us. Still we have the all around Christmas shop where you can buy something for any age group and any gender, from books and toys to some different types of beers, wines and spirits for the adults. Being a large garden store also helps with a "you name it we've probably got it" when it comes to plants both indoor and outdoor. There are various other shops within the complex selling a range of goods from shirts to shoes, butcher's to bakery products and a whole lot more. The cafe is always busy when you need a pick me up, a coffee and cake or lunch, it is always well worth a try. You can spend a good couple of hours there so enjoy. The latest update is from today and things are more like normal, still wearing masks when moving around, but can remove when in the cafe/restaurant when at tables. All in all still a great place to visit and spend a few bob.

This place is amazing and could teach McDonald's about the speed of food delivery. I ordered a coffee - arrived 90 seconds later, ordered a breakfast roll - came a minute later - fresh, and delivered with a smile. Food quality exceptional. The shop overall is the place to come for the advanced or winnebago gardener ( I'm the latter).Highly recommend a visit and enjoy a lovely lunch.

The food is terrible and the customer service is non-existent. About 10 staff members avoided making eye contact whilst we waited for a table, and when my croque madame arrived there was no bechamel sauce on top and no dressing on the tragic side salad, despite what the menu advertises. Just such a dismal experience.

Loved to stop in and see the fishes as it had been far too long since coming to visit your store. Unfortunately it had been ruined by the lovely attitude of your staff as we left the store. We had mistakenly exited through the IN door and was greeted by an abrupt and rudely mannered woman who told us next time we should use the OUT door. I would not have minded being corrected, however her tone and attitude were out of line for a simple mistake we could have been more politely informed. I would not have felt the need to leave a review but her tone and attitude were well out of line for what happened.

Today was our third trip within a month and each time our experience was poor. One time, is possible a bad day, two seems to me to be the start of a pattern and third is seems to be the norm. If it wasn’t for the free drinks, we wouldn’t be going back.On all occasions the service was extremely slow. The ordering system is clunky from a patrons point. You ask one person for a drink and 10 minutes later someone come to take your order. Drinks arrive cold. Coffee was bitter, and today our food was taken to the wrong table so by the time they found us, our food was cold. My two year old, took a chip straight away and ate it, that’s how cold it was.The manager appeased us with extra fries and drinks, this time hot which was nice but we’d prefer quicker service and hot food first time. We’ve been going to dobbies for years, and since it’s been upgraded then service has downgraded.

Very good garden centre. Great selection of products for the garden, home, aquarium's, pets etc. Restaurant is good. Staff very helpful. Site is easy to get round and loads of space for parking.

An absolutely enormous place with everything you could possibly imagine! Beyond your every garden essentials, there is clothing, Sainsbury's and even hotel Chocolat gifts (!) They sell anything and everything from garden sheds, dog toys and food to handbags and fresh deli. It can get busy despite the size. They are restricting numbers due to Covid and some parts of the shop were closed. I gave 4 stars because it was simply overwhelming to go past a butcher while looking at plants. It is reminiscent of large retailers in the United States that are like small villages in their own right. Overall, I would recommend you visit if you have a plan rather than a casual wonder.
