Extremely disappointed ordered at 530pm and received at 820pm after 2 phone calls. Food when delivered was lukewarm. phoned to complain I'm afraid I won't be placing any more orders

Tofu was soggy, the spring rolls have literally nothing in them, japanese udon noodles have champignon mushrooms. Absolute waste of money

When you order any takeaway meal. It must be HOT. Why would it take an hour ..because the driver wants to do 6 at a time . Poor stuff

Lost my custom from now on 2.5 hrs delivery is not on go elsewhere if you can

Really poor. The chow mein obviously had been sitting for a long time as it was dried out. It also tasted very strange, like cucumber, and was inedible. The Hong Kong chicken just tasted sweet. The order was supposed to arrive at 8:12pm (after having ordered it 60 min before). It arrived twenty minutes late and was cold - unacceptable for a £5 delivery charge.Will never order again and would advise others not to.

Ordered late this afternoon for the 1st time... and it was great! Spot on! Just the taste sensation i was after. Bang on point! Well done Golden Bell

Shredded beef usually a favourite from here is now swimming in a sauce that only tastes of vinegar, not pleasant

It's been over 2 years since I've been here. My chicken dish had one diced cube of chicken and the bulk was made up of onions. Not for the first time I may add. I wished I had taken it back and asked for my money back.

It has been taken over afew times.. used to be the most popular Chinese in Penicuik years ago. However due to new Chinese places opening and sauces changing.. alot of people changed. They have had the same delivery guys for 20 years!! They do a set meal for one which tempted people to order. Again other places also started offering the same.. There Lemon Chicken is still the best.

The chow mein was good, but that's like a Scottish person cooking a tattie scone. I also got spare ribs and it was inedible. I washed the sauce off in the sink and it was just fat,bone and cartilage. I Felt like they sent me shite off the floor for better profits.... And 3 months later I have had to chick chow main the where gastly this life long customer will never call this place again.
