Nando's in Midlothian

Food was very nice. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall a very nice meal!

As Nandos go, this is a good one. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated and the staff are all great. Young kids, bit good young kids if you get me. We often stop here after going to Ikea which is up the road. Exactly what we did today :)

Easy to order and pay with the app. Means you can leave once you've finished. Reasonable size portions and good choice of flavours/spice.

We visited the restaurant at lunchtime on 15th June as our son was having neurosurgery at sick kids at Little France. We got the call that his operation had gone well and he was in recovery after a 4 hour operation just as we finished our meal.As you’d imagine there were some tears of relief. Whether or not this was noticed I’m not sure but after I came back from the loo, a gentleman I think was called Ross was speaking to my husband who was explaining the situation to him.We left shortly afterwards, but later in the day I got an email to say that the cost of our meal had been refunded online.I’m sorry it has taken me so long to review as our son then had to go to ITU temporarily but is thankfully on the mend and we are back home.We just wanted to say that this gesture was so touching, it was an act of kindness we absolutely did not expect and it meant so much to us.We have paid this act of kindness forward and donated the cost of the meal to Ronald McDonald House at sick kids, who were able to offer us accommodation on site to be with our son during his stay, and who offer parents a lifeline to be with their children during some very scary hospital stays.We got back home today with a hale and hearty son who made a full recovery from his ITU scare, however we have not and will never forget the kindness of the gentleman we spoke to that day.Thank you so very much.

Fantastic staff, polite and attentive. The layout is super convenient. Great parking too.On top of that the food is mighty tasty. Spice levels ranging from plain to heroic and everything between.

Very tasty and perfectly cooked. Sometimes so nandos chains let standard slip but this one was perfect. Manager was a very nice bloke and very accommodating

We nipped in for a quick dinner. Never had much of an issue from Nandos before. Food took 40 minutes to arrive after we complained to a manager. The manager was apologetic and did provide some compensation for our wait which was appreciated.

Well decorated Nando's.Staff was kind and responsive. Food was well prepared. Social distancing well maintained. Toilets were clean. Overall good experience.

I mean why not? I can't find anything to complain about this cheeky Nando's. There is ample parking space and their virtual queuing works. The tables are spaced and the service is adjusted to be Covid safe. The staff are friendly and energetic. The food is tasty as usual and the inside is spacious with high ceilings. They also have seating outside. You can order online and the food arrives at your table. It all just worked for a wonderful experience after a long day. Overall, if you are around and want something more than a sandwich then you should stop by!

Great food and great quality, the service was excellent considering the restrictions in place, everything was brought to the table and service was prompt and spot on, it wasn't to busy but atmosphere was still great and as usual the food was delicious. I would recommend you eat here if you get the chance.
