Updated review of here 18.02.21 I had placed an order on just eat but selected delivery instead of collection however my payment irrespectively was cash. So i called the restaurant to advise my husband would be collecting which was all fine. So hubby went and came back but the restaurant had also charged him the delivery fee, i called the restaurant to ask why and was greeted with an arrogant man who kept trying to overtalk me saying if the order is on just eat he cant do anything about it however i was trying to explain we paid cash so surely this isn't right! Customer service is disgraceful as you will see from my previous review below and on this occasion the food was warm and not upto scratch....moral of the story keep the £3.50 but you've just lost a loyal customer. 1st review around January 2022 Food is pretty good in here however unless you order online the takeaway only takes cash which is a bit of a pain. Additionally I don't think it's very professional arguing with customers over the phone whilst other customers are waiting to pick up their order. 4 stars for food, 3 stars for service.

Ordered on Just eat at 6:40. The app told us it would be 45 mins delivery but updated to say it would be 8pm at the latest. Waited a bit longer with it being Saturday night. Eventually phoned them at 9pm be to be told it would be 10 mins. Food eventually arrived 15 mins after the phone call, almost 2 and a half hours after the initial order placed. Food was subpar and luke warm at best. Not worth the wait or money

Ordered for my wife's birthday - worst takeaway ever. My chicken and chips was a handful of dry chicken bites/nuggets with cold fries. My daughter's omelette and chips was a tiny dry little thing with cold fries. We'd need a detective to find the cheese in our cheese nan and they flat out forgot my wife's chicken curry - when we phones to tell them, the rude person on the phone essentially called us a liar and refused to replace my wife's missing meal. £30 for that? We binned it and cooked up a few steaks - worst food and service we've experienced.

Very disappointed tonight, got a delivery and they sent the wrong order, then we had to go and collect our dishes, came home and no nan or rice. When phoning to complain the answer I got was he let us keep the corma 😁😁😁 rember I just paid for deliver then used my own car to collect!! And did not want a corma wanted a nice hot fresh meal and yes all dishes were cold nan was soggy and the rice that was not my choice was a portion for a child.

Order was meant to be here 2 hours ago and still nothing! Was told over an hour ago it was on its way. Really not acceptable

Usualy a tidy bit of food when I've ordered before so 3 stars but tonight Bland curry hardly any flavour , and gave me the wrong nan bread

Very poor portion considering they charge more than restaraunts ther lamb not great not tender and funny taste won't be going back

Cold, got the wrong naan and 6 bits of chicken in the main meal. Sauce was nice but might try somewhere else next time. Young delivery driver was very polite and my partner enjoyed hers.

Just got off the phone just now they refused service because when asked what my number was I gave my friends instead of the one I was using. So now I was a liar. I was trying to place an order from your take away and somehow I am lying. Absolutely dreadful service. Was only interested in if my order was pricey enough to be worth his time. Hands down worst service I've ever experienced in my life.

Had food delivered and was absolutely disgusting. Couldn't get through on the phone so took the food back to the restraunt and explained that I was not happy and wanted a refund. As they didn't see anything wrong with the food themselves I was refused a refund and had no choice but to leave the food with them and return home very annoyed and hungry. Will not be using again. Absolute joke of a place. Avoid disappointment and use another Indian.
