I took my son who sadly due to an inherited condition in his wheelchair and his carer to have lunch. I phoned in advance to ensure there was provisions for getting my son through the doors and into the dining area! The staff were excellent! Valerie was brilliant and made sure my son was positioned properly at the table. The food was appetising and delicious! We all had fish and chips. I've been before and that's why I've come back! Thank you for looking after my boy so well! 😁

The staff are always waiting on you. And the food is amazing the fish was delicious and the carrot and orange soup was lovely. And the homemade beetroot is on point. My favourite place to eat 💜

Very good value for money. Stayed for one night, room spacious, clean and comfortable.Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking available, as they have their own carpark at the back. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and had full Scottish breakfast in the morning. Compliments to the chefs as couldn't fault the food, it was all very delicious! Will definitely be returning.

We stayed here for one night. There is free on site parking here and although it was busy when we arrived, we were still able to park. Easy check-in following COVID-19 safeguards and a tidy, reasonable sized room with everything that you need. Big shower cubicle and very comfortable bed were the highlights. We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast there the next morning. The food was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff and overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Went here as dogs allowed in bar, and food reputation is good. Not disappointed as presentation and quality well above average. Locals very friendly and chatty, bar and table waiting staff couldn't do enough to ensure visit was a "come back again" experience. We will for sure next time in area.Rooms are also available for B&B

The room is just OK to get your head down. Very dated. Lots wrong with the room. Tv dose not work, broken slats in both blinds, curtains frayed at the bottom. No bed side light. And only 1 bedside table. But the bed is comfortable. Free parking, staff are excellent and the breakfast is the best. This could be a lovely place to stay if the owner updates the rooms. The place looks very impressive till you open the bedroom door.

Loved it. Love a Burger. Tried the Chicken and added some chorizo. Not the normal slice of Chorizo but a real sausage. Class and one of the best burgers I have ever tasted... At 62 I have tasted a few. Good job and thanks.

Been quite a few times with family and friends. Nice place and staff are great. Food is good but starters are very small and at last visit we got a bread platter to share - bread was dry and a bit stale and oil was basic rapeseed oil which was horrible so just stuck to the butter. Maybe update to add some chutneys/sauces for the bread platter than just plain oil?All in all happy to go back though!!
