Super glad this cafe has opened again under new management. Place looked clean and brighter. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I got a full English for £5.50, which was very reasonable and the coffee was a great tasting coffee of high quality. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and will be returning.

The food is great and priced ok. Its a good location just off the main shopping area. The staff are amazing too. The nicest of people!

Absolutly shocking service. Waited an hour for a fry up for then to be given a mouthfull of cheek by the girl working so when I told her that was no way to speak to a customer she then proceeded to tell me to fu** off. Instead of getting an apology the manager tried to justify it by saying she was young. Still had no apology from her or her manager 😡In answer to your response. I did wait an hour for food in a cafe where there was only 3 tables occupied including my own & only around 3 people coming in for takeaway - thats not very busy & yes I did give the girl after she was very cheeky & as for getting swore at is not acceptable at all. I was not paying after being spoken to in that manner. As for her being young most people are out working at that age but don't speak to people with complete & utter disrespect or they loose their job. On top of that you served my daughter 1st then around 20 min later my son & I was served after being in the cafe an hour if you go out for something to eat you expect to be served at the same time...

Very nice cafe with a good menu. The owner greeted us personally and our order was taken without delay and served very quickly. Enjoyable food.

GREAT wee cafe with really friendly staff!!! Perfect place to grab a hot drink and a tattie scone and sausage roll on a cold morning... Would definitely recommend.

I have eaten here quite a few times in the past. Very polite and courteous staff. The wife loves there chips and I prefer the stake pie. Need to go back and have some pie again. I would recommend this cafe.

Not so Cosy - With a name like Cosy Corner I thought that it would be a nice warm place on a cold winter day. Not so. It was very cold. It did not seem to have a heater on at all and everyone sat with their coats and hats on. Food was okay and friendly staff.
